I usually trail by way, about twenty to thirty minutes away from home just to get exactly what I want. Dunkin @ 3705 Germantown Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19140. It's never really were. We like to go at all. I just needed my dunkin' Fix. It's less than ten minutes away from my house. They never have what they are supposed to. This is the six dollar box, of course, they don't have it. But to tell you the truth, the owner just decides not to follow what Dunkin does because it saves her money. Why do I say that I came in there?A little towards the evening ordered a dunk at midnight. I've learned to peek my head around the corner that protects them from us, seeing what they're doing with our foods. And she was putting a regular coffee in there. I told her that's not what I ordered. She says the owner says to stop making Dukin midnight after a certain time because they don't sell enough. Well, as I express to her, don't you think you should tell the customer?And not just give them what you want?? That's exactly how the workers treat the food.It's cold usually, and the coffee is just ok.

I got a bagel from here, toasted with cream cheese and it was hard as a rock with one swipe of cream cheese on one side of the bagel BARELY. The only thing good was my hashbrown’s. I never seen a dunkin so stingy with their cream cheese.

They don't know how to cook here. I ordered a hot cappuccino, took it and went. I opened it because there was no smell, I didn’t try the cappuccino, but they gave me milk and water. It's not clear what. What a taste.

This is the third time at this location that my order has been taken by someone else with a similar order. This is easily avoidable by calling out the order number instead of the items in the order. This would also save time that workers are using to stand at front of house while they call out the entire order. Otherwise, they show great service with a clean store. For once, the hash browns don't taste like the oven!
