horrible experience, ordered online and was going to pick it up just for the worker to say they had insufficient workers and couldn’t do my order and to call customer service for my refund , and then falsely claimed that they gave me my drinks !!! HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL !!

Use to be my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts but the owner always changing staff I hate it now drive thru slower than a turtle be waiting in drive thru for 5 minutes at least the old crew use to get it done in and out the owner should start paying there employees instead of holding there pay it not paying them time to drive 5 extra miles instead of going there

Went this morning and the girl at the window is one miserable person such a nasty attitude couldn’t even drink my coffee they made my order wrong when I told her that it was wrong she then snatched the coffee from my hand and remade it and then gave me another coffee even more sweeter than ever the coffee went straight to the trash I will never go there ever again so unprofessional

Me and my wife have a normal routine. In the morning we usually visit this same Dunkin to get our coffee and pay the same amount almost everyday. It's not about the money! Don't sit there and tell me the coffee is supposed to be a certain amount then charge me extra for something I didn't buy, because your system not being updated! That has nothing to do with me. Everyone visiting this Dunkin needs to make sure they are checking their receipts because they are charging you extra for something you didn't buy!
