I went to your guy establishment at 6 o’clock pm today . I was told by one of your associates named Ted that you guys close at six. But the Sign on the door and on google say 9 pm that is very unprofessional.

This store deliberately overcharges customers. I ordered a medium coffee. I was charged $3.00. I was told after handing the cashier cash. They have no change. Would I like a donut. No! It is illegal to overcharge customers. While the amount was a small amount. If they use this tactic on all cash paying customers. That could add up to a substantial profit. This store didn’t have one dollar worth of change @ approximately 7:30 am.
This location is the closest to my house and I stopped coming here a few months ago. They tend to always make my order wrong, be out of things and then treat me as if I’m annoying them. There’s been more than one occasion that a younger gentlemen (I’m assuming he’s the manager there) tries to give me watered down coffee with no cream claiming they’re out of the ingredients that I ordered in my coffee but I see them plainly behind the counter. So I just stopped coming here.
