Only gave two stars because the lady told me have a nice day the only Dunkin in this area that's putting respect on Dunkin name is 839 Broad. I'm placing my order the lady act like she got a problem with my ingredients matcha oat milk and brown sugar I asked for one short pump it taste like two pumps probably done on purpose.

Worst Dunkin’ to go to if u can go somewhere else go this place is horrible first I tryed to order at the drive through and half way through my order the guy just started talking to some one else and stopped taking my order all together and just didn’t say anything else so I had to go in to order after going in and it looked a mess no one said anything to me for a good two mins and I can see if they where busy but I was the only one in there and there was three others on the screen never spend my money here again

This is why I dislike going to hood locations. You receive hood service. Eveytime I have come past this location its horrible. On 9/26 @ 6:40 PM I stop to get a coffee. I pull up to the drive thru window l get no greeting. I ask if anyone there, no answer. I drive up to the pick up window and the employees are talking amonst each other. Hey you pay for what you get.Cheap labor horrible service....DONT STOP HERE!!!
