I was charged the day before for a coffee I did not receive. I went the next day to explain with proof and the Indian man still denied me and yelled at me to call my bank instead of just giving me the coffee that I paid for. They are very non professional there and there is always yelling amongst themselves and towards other people.

They always get my order wrong or forget something because they are worried about other things that have nothing to do with them or having a personal conversation ignoring the customer. One worker told me he wasn't going to fix my order, but it plainly stated on the ticket that he made the wrong sandwich. I go there because they are close and convenient.

Customer service is disgustingly awful. Do NOT use cards at the gas pump, they’ll over charge you and try to fight with you even with a receipt. Had to call my bank just to get my money back. They charged me $88 for a $20 purchase and this is normal to them; never had that happen at a gas station Dunkin’. Wild!!!

did a mobile order and they completely ruined my food and coffee hash browns we’re basically raw and cold , my sandwich was asked to be double toasted but it wasn’t toasted at all the coffee i ordered had extra cream and they gave it to me black with just the sweetener?? service is also horrible non of the workers know what they are doing and talk about the customers in another language although i understood what they were saying because i speak the same language very rude!

I ordered a corn muffin Toasted with butter but you can smell that they haven't cleaned the toster in years it smell so bad and when I took a bite it tasted so Burnt and nasty. I will be taking this muffin back for my money. I don't understand why are they selling food like this. This should be illegal ?.

I was waiting in the drive-through to order my coffee on Saturday morning. When the cashier, a Caucasian disrespectful lady (apparently the manager), started speaking, I don't know why she couldn't hear me. I proceeded to the window to let her know the problem and to order my coffee. She got a bad attitude and refused to serve me my order and told me:" If you couldn't hear me, it is because you probably had your windows up, I can't take your order. You have to go around again. " What kind of service is that?? Hello!!

The Hispanic lady that took my order was very rude! I was asking for something that I wanted added to my drink cause I didn’t see it on the screen and she proceeded to yell and still gave me the wrong order. The lady at the window was kind enough to apologize cause she noticed how unnecessary the yelling and ignorant comments were.
