2nd time in a month I find a hair on my coffee. First time on the whipped cream on my ice latte and I said things happens and I let it go and the 2nd time I was like that’s it. They need to have proper gear for beards and hair. I try to call them to inform them I would need a refund after work 5:45pm and their phone continues going on busy mode. I’m sooo angry, this is disgusting.

It's a quick snack with coffee friendly staff fast service good coffee just remember each sugar is tablespoon i don't like to much sugar so it's regular cream and 2 sugar for xlarge coffee

I try to avoid this location as much as possible but everytime I go it's always the same thing!!! Horrible service. How do you mess up making a coffee???? Or yet a bagel with cream cheese! And lite cream cheese at that!! .
I was charged the day before for a coffee I did not receive. I went the next day to explain with proof and the Indian man still denied me and yelled at me to call my bank instead of just giving me the coffee that I paid for. They are very non professional there and there is always yelling amongst themselves and towards other people.
