I recently had a very disappointing experience with my barista yesterday. Upon reaching out for a coffee, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive service. The representative seemed uninterested in my order and left me feeling frustrated. I haven’t been to the place where the customer’s aren’t greeted upon arrival, and in return given a rude unbothered of your presence face. I generally do not write reviews, but my experience yesterday made me complain about it. I expected much better service from the place. This experience has left me questioning whether I want to continue being a customer.

I ordered an avocado toast WITH BACON. I was very disappointed with the fact that I paid for an avocado toast with bacon but NO BACON. How does that work? Also my iced chai latte had little to no almond milk added. Order was just wrong.

If you grew up in Philly.. you know how the Dunkin’ Donut’s run. It isn’t the best service all the time. But today I went in and ordered from the sweetest guy behind the register! I wish I got his name, he seemed to be working alone. I came in with no expectations.. knowing how Philly Dunkin’ locations runs, but he was incredibly enthusiastic and welcoming. I had to personally cash tip him because he deserves it. Hope he sees this and had a wonderful day!

This Dunkin does not have a restroom. This is a place that serves food? Ok, no bathroom to wash my hands…fine. Do you have sanitizer? No? How do you not carry something so your customers can eat YOUR food with clean hands?

Great staff - terrible homeless problem. After you walk over the two people sleeping in the middle of the sidewalk, there will always be at least one or more people standing directly at the door asking for money or food. After I told one I couldn't buy him $100+ sneakers from a nearby shop, he assaulted me. I've started going to Elixir around the corner to avoid the any more confrontations.
