As of lately, my coffee and lattes taste burnt. Almost like they don’t change the espresso out in between uses. I go to this Dunkin everyday and I can confirm it has consistently had a burnt taste to it the last few weeks. Will be taking a break.

IF YOU ARE BLACK DO NOT PATRONIZE HERE. I’m late writing this, and I’m not sure if he was the manager, but one of the male staff members here was completely arrogant. I doubt this review will change much since it’s a franchise, but I still wanted to share my experience.

They had Dunkin’ books on display at the front, and a young girl (about 6–7 years old) was flipping through one while her dad waited for their order. Without saying a single word to her or her father, the employee took the book right out of the little girl’s hands. The father, understandably confused, asked why. The employee responded that the book “has to be purchased.” The dad asked, “So she can’t even look at the book?” The employee repeated, “No, you have to buy it.” The dad then asked, “How is someone supposed to know if they want to buy it if they can’t even look at it?” And the employee once again repeated the same line: “You have to buy it.”

I also want to note that the father and his daughter were Black.

The dad, rightfully frustrated, cursed him out and left with his daughter. The employee then looked to me and the other customer for support, which made absolutely no sense because he was clearly in the wrong. If I hadn’t already placed a large mobile order for my apt building event, I would’ve walked out too. I told him directly that he was wrong and asked for my order immediately.

I haven’t been back since. Their service is extremely slow anyway—they take 15 minutes just to make an iced matcha. I was disgusted by what I witnessed. If you are Black, do NOT spend your money there. I am 100% sure he acted that way because that family was Black.

The manager here is absolutely horrible!!! He treats his employees like straight crap!! I've witness him yell at them on multiple occasions. I come here often to get a cold brew and wake up wrap and it's ridiculous the way he treats them. He throws people food for his employees to pick up I've witnessed him drop someone's food on the floor from throwing it and telling his employees that it's not his problem... this is unacceptable I've called corporate about these situations not sure they can do much but the owner needs to look into the management here honestly. I've witness him go outside and smoke a cigarette's and then come back inside the store and start to make sandwiches without washing his hands !!! Not a good look at all and I won't be back again.

Today I went to Dunkin’ Donuts to order a small iced coffee, and unfortunately I had another negative customer service experience at this location. The employee who made my drink, whose name I later learned is Christian, prepared my coffee incorrectly. When I addressed the issue, she responded unprofessionally by cursing and making personal attacks toward me. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and it reflects very poorly on this location’s customer service.

I went to this Dunkin after picking up my daughter from school. My daughter has some GI issues and cannot have certain items. The lady at the register her name is Kimberly, Kim she went above and beyond to take our order and made sure that there was no cross contamination with the items my daughter is allergic to. She thoroughly cleaned the machine and the work station before making my daughter's vanilla flavored drink. I am extremely happy and grateful to Kim for her assistance and kindness.

Dunkin Donuts is a shell of its former glory, the portions are so small it’s a joke. I got 2 sandwiches, 2 donuts and a coffee, that was 20$!

And they got my order wrong. My bacon egg and cheese on a croissant was without cheese. Pure incompetence.

Honestly embarrassing, what used to be my favorite franchise is now a disgrace.

The toasted bagel from the bagel sandwich I got was a hard as a rock. It tasted very stale and hard to chew. I assume that with the students on summer vacation, I don't think they are adjusting inventory and running through their products and would use leftovers.
