The toasted bagel from the bagel sandwich I got was a hard as a rock. It tasted very stale and hard to chew. I assume that with the students on summer vacation, I don't think they are adjusting inventory and running through their products and would use leftovers.

I only order ahead in the Dunkin app but even when it’s extremely busy and crowded, my order is correct. It is a smaller location so it can be hard to get to the pick up area but my order is always ready when I walk in. No matter how busy it is, the employees are always friendly.

This place has been great since I started working nearby. I usually place my order ahead of time and get it by like 2pm(brunch for work). Everything is made on time and they even inquired about my order. Like how I like my bread toasted and such.

I would give 0 stars if I could since I never was given the opportunity to order anything. I just waited in line for 20 minutes while the woman at the register counted every dollar and coin in her drawer several times while she saw me standing in front of her waiting. When I asked her if she could take my order… she rudely said no ma’am I’m doing something. To that I said thank you and have a nice day… this is taking too long. What a shame how little this place cares about their customers.

This dunkin has an indoor dining friendly setup. There are also self service kiosks so you don't even really have to interact with anyone. Food and drinks come out relatively quick and accurately.

NEVER order an iced coffee from here. It will probably be the worst coffee you’ve ever tasted. I’ve ordered from here a handful of times and it was the same result every time, where it tastes like the coffee has been sitting for days.

This place is horrible an it’s always long line wait with one cashier the Indian lady she’s nice but the manager his nasty self they have all them lazy people in they u have all them people behind that small space nobody wash hands then they have people that’s on drugs an homeless working with people food I would never come to this place again an i work right up the street no customer service skills all at this place they need new management an he gonna tell me he can’t warm up my croissant an my egg McMuffin wasn’t even toasted the cheese wasn’t melted they all go out they an smoke cigarettes right outside of the door an not washin they hands👎🏿
the food is usually great and i have no problems with it but this morning at 7:59 i ordered a medium hot chai, i always order this and know it only takes about 5-10 minutes for them to make this, rarely ever 10. i'm marked late for school at 8:20 and at 8:21 i asked about my drink and i told her that i forgot to grab my receipt but i have the card i used and she said that she can't do anything about it and that i'll have to wait for my drink, when she definitely can at least scan my card to see that i was not lying.. not only was i treated horribly, i didn't get my drink and was marked late to school
Kid-friendliness: the lady handing out drinks had a huge attitude towards me, when she was talking to adults, she was kind
