This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in the country. They consistent mess up my order and do a terrible job at things that match what I asked for. I order avocado toast with bacon. The picture attached it what I got. Never returning again.

The counter where food is prepared is dirty. There needs to be better management to make sure that cleanliness is upheld. Also, the workers look very sloppy and unprofessional. Not nitpicking at all, however the presentation doesn't look good. I'm sure with meetings with upper management and a few adjustments this place would be much better.

I went in this morning Sunday august 18th ordered an ice coffee with extra extra caramel I specified this to the cashier . I couldn’t taste the caramel but I wasn’t upset I just simply asked if they could add more and how much was it , the two ladies in the back acted completely unprofessional talking all this crap sayinf it cost more so I asked them how much they proceed to say don’t worry about it and give me attitude using curse words and acting like she was gonna get tough with me or something . She said she don’t like her job so I told her she need to quit then she continues egging on the situation talking mad crap about me behind the register and too another customer all employees on that shift were completely unprofessional besides the man who remade my coffee although he was annoyed he was completely professional I gave them a $7 tip so they all could shut up about the stupid extra caramel .
My breakfast sandwich was made fresh as I waited ... I also ordered a half dozen of donuts...I was very pleased with the service and quality of the items purchased...

My husband and I almost drove right by it because it looked dead but we went inside anyway and got our food everything's cool but the place needs to be lit up more or something , I guess I don't know how to explain it but the service was cool and the gentleman that was working was very sweet
