I would give it more stars because there is one sweet person there but it is pretty pathetic that there is a war going on between people that have been going there for years and the inside workers of the people that have been going there for years paid lots of money over the years probably enough if they put their money together to buy their own dunkin' donuts but horrible thing to watch everyone argue over stuff I can admit that they do have their share of negativity on the outside but that is no reason for discrimination especially when you're someone who knows about discrimination and has been discriminated against your whole life you would think that you would put these things behind you and accept people for who and what they are and recovery people on methadone clinic people on a Suboxone regimen or people that are given medications are all different people they're not the same they shouldn't be put into one group called " junkies "bringing the board it's just not cool to be called a junkie when you have been trying your entire life to show people that you are no longer that person you once were as a young person and the discrimination is just entirely uncalled for and it's just horrifying I have started going later when no one's around and I even would like to start going to a different one if I can find one close enough to my doctor's office or close enough to the stores that I need to go to and I just wish that everyone would just get along and stop arguing and fighting over stuff that you would think is high school drama it's very stupid and it should definitely stop I know that some people have called corporate but corporate of nothing and there is no reason to call corporate if people can just act like grown human beings and make a deal and say you can stay here as long as you sit over here and as long as you're not all high that you could do this I understand that looking all mangled can make a place's business look bad but the thing is on another note that a lot of the people that look mangled are a lot of the people that pay $20 to get coffee and sandwiches and this and that on a daily basis I literally counted up how much I pay in dunkin' donuts and it came out to $540 a month That's about three bills and and half of my rent so I could definitely find a different way to do things I just wish on you how to make coffee good because I would do it myself

They hire anybody to work here at this there's a female that look like she doesn't take then there's a white guy who gets high real dirty you can see he does not bathe dirt on his nails and they still allow him to serve out food between the dirtiness of the employee and ignorance I definitely will not return between 4:30 am and 6:00 a.m. you're good to go afterward everything goes downhill

Worst Dunkin' Donuts in the city always dirty customer service bare minimum i watched the coffee girl tell the manager that the cofeee was too light and weak and the manager continued to serve it even though i was standing there i also wanted my order fixed and was ignored for 15 mins and given Ana attitude like it was my fault

If I could give this place a negative star I would. Going to this DD makes me want to stop drinking coffee. Always a long line with only one person working the register. Poor management that allows the female employees to be rude and also cuss at customers. I'm not understanding how this been going on for so long . I'll be going to the next DD on broad street from here on out.

Great service great employees. I'm the store manager. Yes we know the people outside are annoying, no they aren't homeless they come from the methodone clinic and I'm doing my best to keep them from crowding the front. Yes I know I'm an a-hole sometimes but you'll get the best service, fresh hot food and who knows might get a little show from the people outside and have a story to tell. Lol but seriously it's the best Dunkin come check us out

I got a large Matcha Latte (with oatmilk) and an apple fritter.I've had both better and worse in terms of food at the Dunkin chains. However, the service here was friendly and fast.It's an inner-city Dunkin, so there isn't much room to sit. There are a few tables and chairs, but most people do tend to 'grab n go' once their order is ready.I've gone there before, and I'll visit again if I'm in the area and craving Dunkin.Parking: It's tight. One aisle in front of the store, one short aisle across from it. Two entrance/exits. It's better to street park or just walk up.
