Order took forever because they kept stopping making mine to take someones order then shorted me and didn't give me my full order.

This location is getting terrible. If I come in everyday to get coffee made the same way why does it taste different everyday. The manager use to be nice but now she isn’t she gets upset when you say your coffee isn’t made right and why dies the breakfast items taste like they have a chemical in it at this location. The manager use to be nice and pleasant but now when I come in she isn’t, but why be upset if I am paying my money and would like my coffee made the right way. But however I will say her son that works there with her seems to be pleasant.

I just want to give a big thanks to Kim and Ali and all the staff at this store. Kim greeted me and assisted me with great customer service. Her smile brightened the whole franchise. Ali jumped right into action by helping me to my car with the joe coffee and all the donuts I had just purchased. He also had a great smile and encouraged me to check out the points and the free offers I could get. I've noticed the entire atmosphere of the franchise. One young lady was cleaning and greeted me with a bright smile, and another young man was filling in coffee, and donuts had a great smile. This is a warm, comfortable atmosphere. I will definitely go back there again. I told them all this a helpful dunkin' donuts everyone so happy. Great Job Guys you guys sold me.

Well somebody smashed the front door out so they had cardboard on it but besides that it's a cute lil Dunkin on broad and parish st. The young lady in the front line was sweet and courteous.
