Food is good. But oddly enough the service better than the food. The staff listening skills is very good and my food never takes long at all. At least for me personally.

Well somebody smashed the front door out so they had cardboard on it but besides that it's a cute lil Dunkin on broad and parish st. The young lady in the front line was sweet and courteous.

Upon waking into the store the cashier was having a conversation with a no paying customer who appeared to be her friend. They continued their conversation as I waited ( only person in line) for about 45s before the young man said ā€œ I’ll hit you later, gone on and handle your businessā€. Vanessa continued to chat until he walked from the counter. She then looked at me and never utter a word. There was no hello, what can I get you, etc. she literally raised her eyebrow as a signal for me to order. I asked if she would ask to take my order or even greet me and she rudely said ā€œ I said I’d be with you in a secondā€ AirPods in her ear and chip on her shoulder. I reminded her that she in fact said nothing but even so that’s not a greeting. She then said ā€œand now I’m not waiting on you and as she walked away said ā€œ you miserable, sisā€.I just wonder why work in customer service if you don’t like it. I was waiting on by another cashier who was pleasant before asking to speak with the manager , Gislane (spell check) who didn’t seem to concerned as she didn’t really seem sure of the cashiers’ name. The manager was pleasant but uninterested in my complaint.
