Nasty attitudes and service. My drink was made wrong and she refused to do anything but smile and say it wasn’t her fault. It was a caramel craze with no caramel and black coffee, no cream or sugar. It was terrible, I had to throw it out. Sandwich was burnt as well. I was told I would have to buy a new one.

Always clean, ordered coffee box was a few minutes late picking up and the lady from drive thru came out from the back to bring right to me. That was so nice of her she could have informed me to go straight to drive thru but she insisted I’m bringing out to you now. Very nice of her

Made me so upset this morning with my order. Snack Bacon was balled up in a ball form. Now straw no napkins last didn’t have what I order so they gave me a wake up wrap. Nothing seems to be cooked properly and the coffee looks like I order whole milk.

Very rude staff at this location, not the first time I have experienced this here.
This Dunkin location has very professional staff that are working hard, trying to rush out orders. I just have a problem with the one worker yelling at customers from across the room saying "I'll be right with you." We know you see us waiting. Don't yell at every single customer though.

Made a quick stop for an iced latte and a bathroom break. Service was good -- staff was friendly even without a smile (they were busy, non stop working). It seems that when I was there, their primary business was from the drive through and online orders, with only 2-3 customers coming in besides me. Restroom could use some love though 😄
