The Covid pandemic of 5 years ago was a blessing for the operator of this location because since then the very large sitting area, which became a hangout for non-customers, was closed, leaving the sole method for buying anything is the drive-thru window in the rear. Mind you, even if you’re on foot you’re required to line up with the vehicles. Awkward. I watched one prospective pedestrian customer assumed he could jump the line but the cars started honking their disapproval. After all, an order’s an order, regardless from an ambulatory customer or one in a vehicle. This is a strange DD. Good luck future customers.

I stopped parked my car tried to go get my son a donut, only to find out that the door was locked and only to drive through is open with one employee. Not sure what type of establishment is this but it's pretty pathetic to only have to go through the drive through

I parked my car in the parking lot. Walked around to the entrance just for the entrance to be locked. There are about four employees inside. I knocked on the window and caught one of their attention. And she just ignored me. Then I tried getting another person‘s attention and they were ignoring me also. Not quite sure why the entrance to the lobby is locked. Another customer who was outside told me they locked the door. This is at 12:05 PM on a Tuesday; definitely during business hours. I think it’s very unprofessional and rude to ignore a customer at the door. I even tried giving the Dunkin’ Donuts a call and no one answered the phone.
This Dunkin location has good food but it just seems like it takes longer to receive my food order at this location compared to every other Dunkin location in the area. The time is slightly delayed.

This dunkin donut is the absolute worst one. The morning shift takes 10mins to get a simple cup of coffee and the next shift they just don’t give a damn. I rather drive 10more mins to get to the next one Because this one is horrible. And the only reason the store looks a little clean now is bc of the remodel. They were the dirtiest as well

3 for the 2-3 start that work there. I just want to let whoever is managing this Dunkin Donuts to stop selling stale food. The donuts and other food in there are never fresh. I don’t know if you keep the food from the day before and sell it the next day but i don’t like to spend money and not being able to enjoy what I paid for. Also please make better coffee/ the way people ask for it. I work next door but I rather go to a different Dunkin Donuts to get my food. I see people have been leaving reviews for years and it looks like no improvement it’s a shame.
This renovation is a great thing but please work on the service and food.
I ordered via door dash. My food was not right, and I didn't get the other beverage that I paid for. I took the time to quickly go to the store and they are now closed. This location is barely ever open.
