I'm extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service I received. I was left waiting for half an hour without any update, and to make matters worse, I had my baby crying in the car which I couldn’t go back or front.

Came for free coffee day and was told a shaken express wasn’t a coffee item. No suggestions to change my order Or accommodations. I come to this Dunkin all the time. Today t receives 0/5 stars. Horrible service and the lady had an attitude with me. Won’t be seeing me ever again ✌🏾

Dont eat here they dont care about your order it always comes out cold like they didn't heat it up the coffee is hot even tho i order an ice they put whatever they want in there you ask for three pumps they give you one even tho you paid for it and service is slow also dont order via mobile they really don't care and your order will be cold

The Covid pandemic of 5 years ago was a blessing for the operator of this location because since then the very large sitting area, which became a hangout for non-customers, was closed, leaving the sole method for buying anything is the drive-thru window in the rear.
Mind you, even if you’re on foot you’re required to line up with the vehicles. Awkward.
I watched one prospective pedestrian customer assumed he could jump the line but the cars started honking their disapproval. After all, an order’s an order, regardless from an ambulatory customer or one in a vehicle.
This is a strange DD. Good luck future customers.

This is the DD on 61st & Woodland. My experience at the window was terrible. They weren't helpful with their service. The language barrier is no excuse for not trying to provide good service.

I stopped parked my car tried to go get my son a donut, only to find out that the door was locked and only to drive through is open with one employee. Not sure what type of establishment is this but it's pretty pathetic to only have to go through the drive through

I parked my car in the parking lot. Walked around to the entrance just for the entrance to be locked. There are about four employees inside. I knocked on the window and caught one of their attention. And she just ignored me. Then I tried getting another person‘s attention and they were ignoring me also. Not quite sure why the entrance to the lobby is locked. Another customer who was outside told me they locked the door. This is at 12:05 PM on a Tuesday; definitely during business hours. I think it’s very unprofessional and rude to ignore a customer at the door. I even tried giving the Dunkin’ Donuts a call and no one answered the phone.

This Dunkin location has good food but it just seems like it takes longer to receive my food order at this location compared to every other Dunkin location in the area. The time is slightly delayed.
