This Dunkin location prepares food in a werid low quality lazy way. When the staff makes drinks, the ingredients are not mixed and some customers could just suck up a concentrate that is on the bottom of their cup from the straw being on the bottom of the cup. Especially when people order iced coffees and you can see a black layer on the bottom of the cup when the drink is served to the customer. Is the customer supposed to mix the drink by shaking the drink or mixing with a straw? It's supposed to be mixed by the staff, I believe. Other Dunkin locations food looks better than this Dunkin located on 63rd Street in Philadelphia. I avoid ordering at this certain Dunkin location. The manager check customers food to see if all items are ready for the customer, he was doing a good job but food is just poorly made. Food standards should never go down if you get to busy. Just extend food check times

The drive through cashier acknowledged our Islamic holiday, and was genuinely kind, when usually I sense racism and a superiority complex from others. But this cashier made me realize everyone isn’t the same and there are good Muslims that follow Prophet Muhammad ﷺ not in just actions but character also. This made my day, Eid Mubarak

Terrible Dunkin, ordered a coffee a few minutes away to pull up to locked doors and a cone in the drive thru lane, not a person inside… Never seen a store ran like that… ordered at 9:20pm, open sign was lit, hours say they are open untill 11

This Dunkin never seems to have what’s on their menu, and they can never warm or toast muffins or croissants, it’s a disservice that they can never provide the full customer service needs. Unfortunately if you live in this area there is no other Dunkin close unless you head down Market street. They need to get it together, before their business starts going elsewhere.

I give it no stars! If you don't want to end up in the emergency room, please don't purchase anything from here! Serving burnt coffee water and sugar And if you don't have high Blood Pressure after this you will!! And they say no Caffeine? even diabetes and food poisoning.. Stale food has been left over and rewarmed. They need to be closed down. And if anyone likes the way their coffee or food taste, you need to go get checked!! because your taste buds isn't working.

Come here all the time for my son. He loves Dunkin before school. Came on a Saturday to get something. And my order got messed up and the young man fixed my order and gave me an extra crossiant. I appreciated that cause we always patronize this business. I don’t like that there is a lot of homeless people that sit out there and beg. Some are harmless and some can be a bit much. But just smile and stay guarded lol. But it’s a good Dunkin. All the workers are nice. They have had their moments but they redeemed themselves.
