This is my second time trying this Dunkin location. The first time I ordered and ICED CHAI TEA and instead of stating they didnt have the components they gave me something that tasted like ice and creamer. I went again today and ordered a Hot Chocolate which a little too thick for my liking but I added some hot water to it and it was fine and I also got a GLAZED BLUEBERRY DONUT! Baby, that donut was hard as a rock and cold like it just came out the freezer. Just utterly disgusted with Dunkin overall but especially this location.

It says there open until 11 got there at 10:15 and they were completely locked up and Noone in the store workers have become lazy
Ordered via DoorDash, 1/2 dozen of donuts that you know comes in a box?!!! Well I received 6 donuts in a bag with my loaded hash brown thrown in too. What a whole mess! Who are yall hiring to work? The customer service and quality of service is unreal! This is crazy is to me! Pay attention and do your job!

This is one of my favorite Dunkins'. They are friendly, except for one of the ladies and they get my mobile order correct. I have only had maybe two times that it wasn't and they corrected the error right away. It's busy on weekday mornings but not too bad. Nice stop for breakfast.
