Ordered via DoorDash, 1/2 dozen of donuts that you know comes in a box?!!! Well I received 6 donuts in a bag with my loaded hash brown thrown in too. What a whole mess! Who are yall hiring to work? The customer service and quality of service is unreal! This is crazy is to me! Pay attention and do your job!

This is one of my favorite Dunkins'. They are friendly, except for one of the ladies and they get my mobile order correct. I have only had maybe two times that it wasn't and they corrected the error right away. It's busy on weekday mornings but not too bad. Nice stop for breakfast.
Man who works here(not the teenager) is so extremely rude that I've had to drive off without my items because of his yelling and poor attitude. Honestly, everyone else is so kind and that's why I gave the place another chance after his initial rudeness but now they've lost a customer and I will be telling my friends to avoid this particular Dunkin.

I don't understand why this place doesn't use the pickup window toward the sidewalk when they lock the door before 4:30 pm. There is no way to safely use the drive thru if you are walking. I ordered one night and the location was empty when I got there. I got a refund a few days later.
This location is clean and has great service. There donuts were extremely fresh and my coffee was made to perfection.My order was ready in a matter of minutes.
The sandwich’s are ok, but the donuts & muffins are hard as a rock!!!
