Had gotten a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant and it was great it was freshly made and very tasty, you could it was made with love. I had also gotten the peppermint hot chocolate and it was excellent, it was very chocolaty and the peppermint wasn’t too over powering which was awesome. Would definitely go back again.

Female at the register tried to charge me $4 dollars and some change for snack n bacon. If ur gonna make up prices make sure it benefits people and the community. Not just cause you have a personal vendetta and need therapy. Get your employees trained properly or within reason of high levels of customer service and expectations.

I don’t know how this store got a 3.3 rating but they can’t even make a breakfast sandwich correctly and there’s a picture of it on the drive up menu. Every time I pull up to the drive-through to order a breakfast sandwich (which is seldom) there is always an issue with my sandwich. The bacon was missing or It’s on the wrong bread and I clearly specify bagel not croissant!! Today my sandwich had 2 bagel bottoms and my brother had two bagel tops on his sandwich. this is totally unacceptable!! They couldn’t make a sandwich right if Jesus Christ stood next to them and told him how to make it! Done with this store.

I came here last week waiting at drive thru for 5 minutes
Then I drive to window and after 3 minutes wait the ladie come to the window she refused to take my order
She tell me go back to drive thru and order over there other wise we don’t serve you anymore
Because I have to right to refuse your order.
Then I ask her I already wait 5 minutes no ones accept my order
Due to that I’m here at window I just want one ice machitto just
I don’t want go back to drive thru
Just serve me at window for today . She just listen all the word come from my mouth and closed the window and refused me .
This happen the afternoon shift employe there two black ladies they are so disrespectful and rude ever seen in my journey.
I've stopped going to this store because my service experience has been horrible. It's mainly because of how long I've eiethr waited for food I paid for or for service to take my order to begin with. I tried again after years of not going just now, same thing. I'm good off y'all!

Out of the seven people working l, they had one man on the food prep for both drive through and walk in orders… Not saying he’s slow, he just had more to do then the rest of the team, but waiting 15+ minutes for a sandwich and hash browns is not quick service man.

Would give it a 0 if I could. If you plan on ordering in the drive thru. Block some time out of your day. The wait is always at least 20 minutes long. Your order will be prepared wrong and corporate really doesn’t care lol. This place is a mess. I don’t know how it’s still in business

Came here two times for the drive through with more than an hour til closing and workers just standing inside talking not wanting to work and can clearly see cars waiting to order since they are posted as OPEN. So what are your hours? Workers just stand around for the last hour not taking orders or? Definitely won’t be back to this location again.

Placed an order for snacking bacon and was given 2 bags of bacon that looked as though they removed it from the pack and placed it in a microwave. Plain bacon that we have in our home was given instead of the snackin bacon that was advertised and ordered. I will be sending photos to corporate as this establishment does not give accurate contact information and there is no way to relay my frustrations with the actual restaurant which is another huge inconvenience. So just to recap, I was given 2 bags of plain bacon for the price of snackin bacon, I have no way of getting in contact with this establishment as they give "dummy" info online to appear as if there is a way to reach out. I have no way of receiving a refund unless I travel back to that area and we are still looking for breakfast as the money spend at this establishment was an absolute waste!

Horrible. My blueberry muffin was wet and felt cold in the middle, like it was frozen and didn’t fully defrost. My hazelnut coffee, taste like hot water with cream. I tried calling them and the phone just rings. I wasted my money.

Worse Dunkin is I've ever been. The girls that work there are very rude and reckless. They charged me only to realize that what I ordered wasn't available. I asked for a refund and They told me to pick something else or there is nothing they can do for me. And when I decided to pick something else that I didn't want. It was dirty. I had to throw them away. Those girls there don't care about anything. They will poison you. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this location. ???????
