The best dunki-latte I've had today was here. The latte was not sweet and not bland just right as it was balanced and made how latte is to be made. The service was 5/5.

The customer service here is terrible. The employees have an attitude for no reason, and it makes it hard to enjoy spending our own money at this location. The guy from Bangladesh with the cross behind the counter was especially rude when I simply asked if I could use my points. He started yelling at me, and I was shocked. I wanted to react but I calmed myself down quickly and let it go. However next time he better fix his attitude and better work on customer service.

I used to come here all the time never a problem placed an order on the kiosk, took money out of my account then they say they don’t have my order up. I show that it took the money out of my account so obviously there must have been something wrong with their machine. I worked in fast food before if someone has a receipt you REMAKE THE ORDER. Manager acted like he couldn’t do that after he already got my money. Just ignorant.

I waited for about 15 minutes for a half dozen of doughnuts. They weren’t busy at all. It was me and one other person. I specifically asked for at least one of the doughnuts to be a Boston cream about 4 times. And when I opened the box, no Boston cream doughnut. Not sure if one of the ladies just didn’t understand, but she was told numerous times what the order was, and then she couldn’t fold the box.
Don't call their medium a 16 oz bro, they'll beat you up bro

Does not appear to be hygienic. And egg sandwich left me violently ill for the rest of the day.
Bad costumer survive, giving costumes attitude, trying to charge extra and then when I called him out said I was wrong. On top of this the place is very dirty and not tidy at all.

Horrendous attention, the service is so low in customer satisfaction standards. Be prepare to deal with long lane, the most bitter coffee of center city, not roasted but burnt, cold donuts.
Moreover, it is a pain to suffer the horrible personality of the cashier. The guy is arrogant, insolent, terrible manners, make you feel not as buying something but begging for it.

My toasted white chocolate when served was barely room temperature. They couldn’t even remember who ordered what while there and was asking everyone and boy were they rude as heck. I am a big fan of Dunkin but I’d never ever order from this place again. Then they forgot to give me my has h browns and had to ask. Although that was the only good thing there. Service horrible. The way the manager talked to the employees and even interrupted the person in the middle of taking our order. Which may have been the owner? I don’t know. But don’t waste your time. Dunkin close this location down or find new owners/mgmt. period.

This dunkin' donuts it's filthy unsanitized I went in there a few times I seen roaches, rats, they don't use gloves or hairnet to serve the customer their food, the minute you walk in there you can see how dirty it is. This place is not safety to eat or even by food. The servers are Indian there's a Muslim old woman and their employees are very rude to the American customers the way I see it they're racist! I see when American people come in the Indian employees make fun of them this dunkin' donuts is not professional they do not give their customers respect. They need to shut this place down. I am calling license inspection on them. I advised the customers not to fight in food you don't know if it's safe or not it can be contaminated sometimes when I'm in a rush I walk in there see how dirty it is I walk right out.
Ate lunch here with my parents while we were touring the downtown of Philadelphia several years ago. We all ordered Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich. The food was alright and the atmosphere for the most part was safe. The service as well was ok. A nice place for a quick bite or coffee break when in the downtown area.
