Ate lunch here with my parents while we were touring the downtown of Philadelphia several years ago. We all ordered Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich. The food was alright and the atmosphere for the most part was safe. The service as well was ok. A nice place for a quick bite or coffee break when in the downtown area.

Its a dunkin, not a starbucks, lower your standards and stop asking for dumb requests. You paid 1.99 for the hashbrowns, you really gonna ask them to double fry triple crispy crispy them? You order the food and take it and go. The people that are making specical requests are unrealistic, if you want that level of service go to starbucks or an actual cafe. If you don't like your food you just stop going there, simple.

The best coffee for me, but the situation needs to be reviewed in all Dunkin’ branches in terms of more attention to quality and scrutiny of cleanliness, which unfortunately is heading downwards, and the arrangement of machines and scattered items.
