Slow service but friendly staff who probably could have used an extra coworker and who were a bit overwhelmed by the morning rush. Great place to grab coffee before your flight UNLESS you are in a hurry.
I was treated with dignity and respect. Professionalism and common courtesy when ordering and receiving my order.
If incompetent was people in real life they have the whole trio here....certified bozos

This spot was the light in the darkness. Late for your flight? Dunkin. Fast, good portions for prices, and nice folk running it. I had a grilled cheese pesto sandwich, 6 piece hash brown (which was wayyy tastier than I expected), and a chocolate Bavarian creme donut. 10 bucks, perfectly reasonable. After a long day, little sleep, and a rush to get something quick before my flight, Dunkin nailed it ?
Could not get my coffee right. Didn't risk drinking it bc I'm diabetic and a miscalculation could make me very sick.
Just dont expect to order off the menu, youll probably be told they dont hace items that they advertise themselves having. Not to mention the fact that the donut I bought tasted as though it were several days old. This Dunkin Donuts is disgusting. Youre better off staying tired and hungry.
Early morning flight and was so happy this dunkin was open and now accepts use of the mobile app which you don't always find.
While flying out of the Philadelphia International Airport early in the morning, my wife and I were looking for a place to get a quick breakfast. We stopped at the Dunkin' near our terminal. I felt that the attitude of the staff was sort of non-caring. I did not feel welcome here. I am a faithful Dunkin customer and have not had any problems at the other Dunkin's I have frequented. My wife ordered the Avocado Toast and a donut and I had the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a Bagel with a donut. The food was good. When you are at the airport you expect to pay more but a little more kindness would be appreciated.

I had never been to a Dunkin Donuts before. This one is in the Philly Airport. It was a little after 5 am, and not much was open in the airport, however, there was a very, very long line at Dunkin Donuts. My partner got in line, and I saved us a table--good teamwork. We both got coffee--nice and hot--I usually get a dark roast, but I think theirs was blonde--sweeter than a dark roast--but wonderful for early in the morning. We also split a breakfast sandwich, and I had to get a jelly donut. Everything was good except the Raspberry Jelly Donut--it only had one or 2 tablespoons of jelly--nothing like what I was imagining from my childhood.Their prices were very reasonable for an airport. Now I see why so many people were in line so early in the morning.
Great service!
This place is a joke. I have been waiting for my coffee over 20 minutes and they still did not start preparing my coffee. I had to run otherwise I would my miss my flight. If you don't have one hour of availability until flight don't even try this place.
They need to have a more effective management system with a diverse of minorities around. They need to learn better how to identify clients' real need.
how does a Dunkin NOT have bacon at 5am? i could see if it was a busy day and you were sold out but you just opened. wow...
