EVERY TIME I GO HERE I CANT NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER GET A GD COFFEE HERE. I ALWAYS GET A HOT FRENCH VANILLA COFFEE AND IT NEVER TASTES LIKE THEY DONT PUT NOTHING IN THERE NO VANILLA OR SUGAR, AND WHEN I DO ASK FOR EXTRA VANILLA THEY WANT TO CHARGE U.AND I ALWAYS TELL THEN THAT IT TASTE LIKE NOTHING BUT THEY DON'T CARE . There is no Dunkin’ better 🥰 The employees are always professional and pleasant. Whether I go thru the drive thru or go inside the because it’s a long line outside(that’s how great they are) I am always greeted and given my order within a timely matter. They are the Best

Came in to get a large ice tea through the drive through was giving a medium I asked what is this? This isn't a large. YOU GOT TO COME IN TO GET IT FIXED! Excuse me? I'm still in the drive through. Not happy the food is always cold and sloppy. The lady at the drive thru is nice but the person taking the orders make me want to cancel my order. Like look at my $5 sandwich would you want to eat this?

If I could give no stars I would. My drink was made wrong, tasted like all I had was sugar in my cup and when asked to have it remade this guy refused. I wasn’t asking for my money back just to simply remake it. He stated there was no manager on shift and refused to give me his name. This review is because of him. The worst customer service I’ve experienced.

The absolute worse donuts on earth. Unless you like 2 day old hard donuts then this place would be five star. The cashier gets one star because there's no way you did know those donuts you charging real money for were stale.
