I would give zero stars if I could. My sister in law had a medical event in this store and collapsed. When she had regained consciousness and sat down to recuperate, one of the staff members (south Asian man with a 5 o’clock shadow and a blue shirt on, not sure what his name was) had screamed at my boyfriend that “the seats are only for customers.” Mind you, he wasn’t even sitting down in a seat and we had bought a drink and food beforehand. Once that was pointed out (the items we bought were in front of us), the same staff member said “well, did he buy anything?” as if the food wasn’t right in front of us….Terrible customer service, no compassion at all and the bathroom was filthy. Just overall disgusting and shameful behavior.

It’s one of those after-party weekend, Monday mornings… sliving ✨ Well, I drag myself into Dunkin’ all tired and groggy, and I get to the register. The guy (wish I knew his name, he seemed late 20s, maybe early 30s) was super nice. The transaction was smooth and warm—he gives off rays of sunshine vibes! Plus, he was quick and precise. A great way to start my day!… great smile btw.

I would give a 0 review than man at register was very rude. After I walked out I looked in my sandwich after one bite because it was one bacon to find spit and not any type of spit mucus. I threw in the trash instantly because I was very furious. I should’ve took a picture but it was spare of the moment but I will never go there again. It has ruined my whole my appetite and that was mad disrespectful I hope that place shut down.

Best Dunkin in West Philly/Center City. They actually prepare your food perfectly without burning it, tossing it in the bag, etc.
Sometimes it feels a little "cold" in the early morning, but after working in food service myself I know 6 am shifts are hard to be peppy during so be kind to the workers.
During the day there is this one gentleman who always keeps the larger orders to the side and hands them with a smile. He's good peoples.

Would give a 0 if I could! Rahman (man on the register) was extremely rude and disrespectful! I was charged twice because the register froze so he had to use another register. I argued for him to put his name in my receipt in case I didn’t receive my refund. On cash app the money is usually back within minutes. Long story short I never received my refund, reached out to the store and Krunal is stating I received my refund. Really I will go through all this over 7 bucks, let’s be real DD! I will never attend this store again! Such a disgrace!

Horrible horrible customer service by a female employee. I tried getting her name and over heard what sounded like Shab. This employee is a bully to customers and the people that works with. If I’ve paid for my food and had to use to restroom there should be no need for her to yell at me and keep saying bathroom is for customers only. I don’t know why employees have to talk to each other about customers in their native language, if there is a issue than why not address it right there and solve the problem. Will never be going to this location, that employee SHAB left a horrible taste

I’ve attempted to give this location multiple chances at a better review, but after 5 bad experiences I won’t be giving this location anymore business. Breakfast sandwich bread is never toasted. Bagels are only toasted 50% of the time. Coffee orders were correct only 1 out of the 5 separate times I ordered here. When staff was asked to please fill the order correctly they either outright refused or remade the order incorrectly again. When asked for a refund you are denied outright or told it isn’t their problem and to take it up with customer service on the app… They simply don’t care…
