Two stars! Food is great but customer service HORRIBLE! When my sister and I walked it someone was yelling at the lady working there. I thought the customer of course was being very rude but once she left, the worker just kept on. She continued to cuss and make rude remarks aloud. We thought that was strange when she continued to talk but we didn’t think anything of it. Once we got our food, mines was okay but they were kinda slow. I was okay with that because I have no where to go but, my sister order they messed up completely. When she tried to let them know they spoke in another language (I’m okay with that) but as they were talking they kept mean mugging my sister. Definitely wouldn’t go here again.

Don't order any drinks besides a regular coffee, the staff is incapable of making a drink correctly and when you tell them that I'd wrong instead of taking the ruined drink and making a new one they offer to "add something to it. I don't want anything added, I want the correct drink.

My family and I have been coming to this dunkin for years before they remodeled. The service is still great! We still come here everyday to get our coffee and iced teas no sugar. Having the drive through helps tremendously if your on the go.

This is the worst Duncan. I cant stand the workers. The drive thru is across the parking lot on a different building. I about this one , plus they messed my coffee up
