Unfriendly. They didn't want to open the toilet, the customer had to make a mess near the entrance.

I usually love this Dunkin’, but I’m not sure what’s going on lately because my order has been wrong the last 4 times.

I do a mobile order and get avocado toast with bacon and an egg. Since it’s not an actual menu item, figure it’s easier to do mobile than communicating through a speaker with traffic in the background.

Perfect every time except the last two weeks I’m missing either the egg or the bacon. This morning is the egg that’s missing. I even stopped going for a few days thinking they had new staffing who was getting into the swing of things, but to no avail.

Yes, I could check before pulling away, which is on me 100%, but this Dunkin’ be poppin so there’s always a line of cars and usually a sketch handful of panhandlers around so I try to be quick in and out without having my car windows down for longer than necessary which is why I don’t check.

As far as staff, everyone is super friendly and pleasant, even at dark thirty in the morning.

*Update edit* They have worked out the kinks of new staff it seems! I went to a different Dunkin the last month or so, but was running behind one morning this week so I stopped at this one since it’s right by my job. Everything has been spot on and gotta say, they do make the best drinks here. My substitute Dunkin drinks were far inferior compared to the South Columbus shop. And staff is so friendly

The coffee a food is always good her But the new manager is missable ignorant women . The old manager left an this new one is horrible

So first the good, the people seem nice and are pretty cheerful even at 5:45a.m. However, more recently my coffee has been burnt or I have received the wrong coffee order. I get the same thing every morning, cappuccino no sugar, and some days I get super sweet drinks with several pumps of whatever. This is so disappointing, but I’m tired of eating money!

I wanted to use the bathroom. And I clearly saw that there was 2. But they don't alow us to use. He didn't mwntion if I have to buy anything. I wanted coffee, but I driven 2 hours and found this DD and had to walk to stores around it to find a bathroom to use. I am an uber and Lyft driver and we use Dunkin as our reference for bathrooms and coffee, not this one.

How the mighty have fallen.

I grew up loving DD. The people working inside were goddamn heroes. Those days are past. The three young gentleman working in this place did not appear to care about a thing.

Anyone familiar with Monty Python’s Cheeseshop Sketch will understand what I went through here. They were out of everything I asked for to the point I just asked what I was allowed to have. Of COURSE the restroom is also out of order. That tracks.
