I usually love this Dunkin’, but I’m not sure what’s going on lately because my order has been wrong the last 4 times.

I do a mobile order and get avocado toast with bacon and an egg. Since it’s not an actual menu item, figure it’s easier to do mobile than communicating through a speaker with traffic in the background.

Perfect every time except the last two weeks I’m missing either the egg or the bacon. This morning is the egg...

So first the good, the people seem nice and are pretty cheerful even at 5:45a.m. However, more recently my coffee has been burnt or I have received the wrong coffee order. I get the same thing every morning, cappuccino no sugar, and some days I get super sweet drinks with several pumps of whatever. This is so disappointing, but I’m tired of eating money!

I’m an Uber/lyft driver and therefore I buy coffee regularly, twice a day. I work 6-7 days a week all throughout Philadelphia and the suburbs. This is BY FAR THE BEST drive through location. They always get my order right. They may not be perfect but they’re damn close. Love you guys and thank you for your efforts!
