I would never come here again the person in charge or someone whos the son of one acts like he knows what hes doing but he clearly doesnt, he gives away food to the wrong people and refuses to listen, hes terrible at listening to workers and customer's, Peoples orders would be sitting on the counter in the back half way done and they don't know how to expedite orders in the correct order. Their always short staffed, imagine them having a drive though how much worse the situation can be.

Server and cashier are Very unfriendly and rude in serving orders. Lazy to serve. And they don't apologize for serving mistakes.

Lady left plastic wrap that separates cold patties or cheese in my sandwich. Disgusting

Really bad customer service and rude tone. Honestly would give 0 star if that was an option.

The dunkin is fine maybe a lil dirty but whoever owns the plaza needs to put appropriate bike locks. All the homeless street people hang out there cause u can easily steal bikes. They have one bike lock stand in front of the cvs but it is so low to the ground that u can only lock the tire up. And everyone knows if you only lock a tire your bike will get stolen cause they want the frame. And there are metal these handy cap sign poles that have this blue plastic cover over them so u cant lock your bike. The whole thing seems purposeful. I went into the Dunkin’ Donuts for less than five minutes and I come back and my bike is half ripped off the small one wheel bike lock stand in front of the cvs. So if anyone knows the owner of the plaza, please tell them to install a proper bike lock situation where you can lock your wheel and the frame. And maybe that’ll help with all the people loitering outside their building.

don't know why i still bother coming here, they always mess up my order and the last time i went, the lady charged me for a medium when i said i wanted a small, she tried to offer me a free donut to make up for her mistake when all i wanted was my change back and get my drink with the right size, she didn't even offer to do that and perisisted to give me the medium. what a joke, very frustrating with the terrible customer service.

Had a coffee and donut in the place and they refused to give me a key for the bathroom. I’m a 69 year-old female and I really have to go. One of the three woman working used the key and used the employee toilet and stared me down in the process. Awful establishment!

Good place. Everyone seems to know each other. It's kept clean and my drink arrived fast. No complaints.
