Dunkin' is usually a quick and reliable stop for coffee and breakfast, and I came in for the \$6 meal deal. Unfortunately, this location felt really disorganized. There were only three people ordering, but the staff kept mixing up our orders and repeatedly asked what we got, even after we told them. A girl next to us ordered an espresso and kept getting regular coffee — they didn’t seem to listen to her at all.
The service was fast, but the experience was frustrating and chaotic. On top of that, the floors and counters were sticky, which didn’t give off the best impression. This spot works if you’re in a hurry, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to stop here again.

Warning ⚠️ Don't eat here food is rotten stale and burnt!! The coffee has tea mix in the drink and molded milk and old coffee! I got sick after eating here. Told the manager and she was very rude and nasty to me she's very unprofessional and sneaky if you complain be careful with your food more so! This isn't the first time they served bad food n drinks

Drank a cold brew with spoiled cold foam, wasn't sure if it was really spoiled or not so I drank it anyway and paid for it on the toilet later. Do not get cold foam.

Worst DD around. They are a mess. Don't use this one unless you have to. The wait is horrible. They are a hot mess. No one could understand them. It was comical and hella frustrating. On top of it, the place was filthy and the people going in the worst.

The corporate office should close down that location especially when bugs are crawling around and there's a video to prove it. They also need to replace the manager or owner, because the store is constantly dirty and where there's roaches there's mice. Was a regular customer I'm not anymore. There's a 711 on Broad and Wolf St and a Starbucks. I won't be returning.
While ordering I was watching a roach crawl across the wall… also watched the short guy who works here and makes the food most of the time drop egg patties on the floor. He was picked them back up and proceeded to put them in the holding tray to be served… last time getting anything here. Go somewhere else

Not sure why the sign says they open at 5 am. You would be lucky to get in there at 5:30. It's 5:30 am now and I'm standing outside in the rain. The customer service is they worst. They act like your bothering them when you place your order. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER DUNKIN DONUTS. If we keep giving them business they will never change.It's months later from this first review and I'm back at this same Duncun Donut's at 5:45 the door's are locked and the 2 ladies are in there working just ignoring the line of customers they have out in the cold.
