Not sure why the sign says they open at 5 am. You would be lucky to get in there at 5:30. It's 5:30 am now and I'm standing outside in the rain. The customer service is they worst. They act like your bothering them when you place your order. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER DUNKIN DONUTS. If we keep giving them business they will never change.It's months later from this first review and I'm back at this same Duncun Donut's at 5:45 the door's are locked and the 2 ladies are in there working just ignoring the line of customers they have out in the cold.

The worst Dunkin ever. I watched the woman dump coffees that were sitting on the counter in the sink, wash out those cups, and then proceed to reuse those cups for different orders. She then tried to give me one of those coffees, after dumping it in a new cup and her finger in the cold foam. I asked her to make me a new one and she had the audacity to ask me what was wrong with the coffee she gave me.

I went one morning to this Dunkin' Donuts and had the worst customer service experience of my life. They charged me 3 times on my card and kept saying my transaction was declined and that it was my fault, but I check my bank account and they did charge me 3 times. I did not get my food and they refused to give me a refund, and would not believe me when I showed them the transactions on my phone. Be careful if you try to pay with card because they do not understand their point of sales system at all and were not freindly if you politely ask for a refund.

So though the lady got my drink of strawberry dragon fruit wrong she created something heavenly... raspberry Dragon fruit..... Could make art with these drinks of amalgamations? Grade S Art.
