The staff was pretty nice but both of our breakfast bagels were so burnt the bread was completely black and even smelled like carbon. The couple times we've gone here our bagels are always burnt.
Very interesting experience here. Walked in at 6pm with two friends. I proceeded to order an iced latte and a donut, for which I was charged $6.50 for. Immediately after paying, they tell me their espresso machine is broken and they can do a regular iced coffee instead. I'm like cool but that's significantly cheaper so let me get an adjustment, and he laughed. Actually was kind of funny because he didn't even attempt to refund me. Then he proceeded to take two additional espresso orders from my friends even though they knew the machine didn't work. Very murder-esque ambiance as well in there, a bit eerie, but somehow comforting. Had to barter with him to give my friend a free donut. Well, not quite free considering I paid it double. Nevertheless, would visit again if I'm in the mood a Halloween horror experience.

The food is always disgusting and something is always wrong with the order. The place is absolutely disgusting it looks like the doors and windows are never cleaned. There is ALWAYS half naked bums/junkies at either the exit door or entrance either begging for money or dipping out. This city is a disgrace, this business is a disgrace. I believe this is under new ownership the past few years and has gone quickly downhill since.
Dining area looked a mess.
Vegetarian options: Special on turkey sausage,eggs &, cheese bagel or croissant meal will be best.
Parking: When try to park, you sometimes need to drive around until someone leaves.
