The staff was pretty nice but both of our breakfast bagels were so burnt the bread was completely black and even smelled like carbon. The couple times we've gone here our bagels are always burnt.
Very interesting experience here. Walked in at 6pm with two friends. I proceeded to order an iced latte and a donut, for which I was charged $6.50 for. Immediately after paying, they tell me their espresso machine is broken and they can do a regular iced coffee instead. I'm like cool but that's significantly cheaper so let me get an adjustment, and he laughed. Actually was kind of funny because he didn't even attempt to refund me. Then he proceeded to take two additional espresso orders from my friends even though they knew the machine didn't work. Very murder-esque ambiance as well in there, a bit eerie, but somehow comforting. Had to barter with him to give my friend a free donut. Well, not quite free considering I paid it double. Nevertheless, would visit again if I'm in the mood a Halloween horror experience.

The food is always disgusting and something is always wrong with the order. The place is absolutely disgusting it looks like the doors and windows are never cleaned. There is ALWAYS half naked bums/junkies at either the exit door or entrance either begging for money or dipping out. This city is a disgrace, this business is a disgrace. I believe this is under new ownership the past few years and has gone quickly downhill since.

I have zero clue where the good reviews are coming from... I'm going to assume they are fake. This location is absolutely filthy. Save your money and time and go to another one nearby. I've tried to give redemption but no shot. My office isn't far from here and I've been close to this location for going on 5 years now. Skip it. Go to the one by 22nd and Penrose, never had any issues. I think there's another around Oregon and Broad. This location should lose its franchise license.
I go here all the time, and the service is consistently good, along with the coffee. Mobile orders are done QUICKLY, and if anything is wrong, the team members are quick to rectify it!

The service at this Dunkin' has dramatically decreased since the change in management. They hire rude employees that gives you want they want instead of what you order. Then gets an attitude because he has to make it over. I won't be returning and will tell all my co workers to not go there as well.

It was physically refreshing walking into the air conditioned atmosphere. The staff is alert, quick to serve you. Very courteous as they are friendly while they accurately fill your order in a very professional & precise timely manner. Always taking into consideration the simple fact that you don't have all day and their passion in their profession shines through as clear as day when you're there & waiting for your order. Watching them as they work together seamlessly as a team in completing your order is truly sensational an happens fast. Which then allows you to move along with your day. Only now You really are feeling so much better in everyway. Comfortable and now having your beverage, meal and/or snack in hand and your body cooled down from the heat and humidity just outside of their door's. Having the thought of wanting or wishing they took their time in filling your order isn't ubsurd during these brutally hot days of summer. Nor is it crazy. It's our bodies and minds wanting mercy from jamming to go back out into that weather. It means you're Human and you know when you're in a good spot and have everything you need or wanted at that moment. However with nowhere to sit down and envoy your food and/or drink due to the recent pandemic? It is still definitely worth stopping in for some refreshments you'll find on their menus while you're getting refreshed in the stores atmosphere.
