I don't understand the disconnect. come in asking for an order the guy rushing me to tell the order I'm telling him. I go to sit to wait to reset I'm tired it's early maybe I'm the problem, he tell me to hurry like his job isn't customer service? I'm confused he wasn't helpful and couldn't communicate properly. Then he is upset with me

I came in with my four kids so they can use the bathroom they really had to go. And they told me I had to buy something so the “kids” can use the bathroom. Two customers came in I didn’t kno them but I said I’m with them so the kids can use the bathroom.

I don’t know why DD doesn’t come and check the service and cleaning, everything inside the kitchen is dirty and all the milks outside of the refrigerator. When they do a latte the don’t clean the machine after doing a late. The person in the kitchen doesn’t even know how to prepare the food properly and they bake on dirty white paper sheets. It’s a shame that they don’t trained him properly. The lady who do the coffees do not serve the proper amount of expresso shots into the latte. And after 18 minutes waiting for my order, they didn’t give me my hash browns. Horrible service.

Asked for a sweet pepper bacon sandwich and gave me regular bacon. The food is terrible. Bread is hard as hell. Not the right portion in my sandwich. Don’t recommend. They got my order wrong all around
I asked for a extra espresso and whipped cream and they only gave me one espresso with no whipped cream. They are good with taking our money, tho.

If I could give a negative 100 stars I would! Worst experience ever!!! I went in today for a coffee and croissant… After the guy put my coffee on the counter he says there’s no croissant, I asked for a refund for the croissant he said no I could take a bagel. I didn’t order a bagel if I wanted a bagel I would’ve ordered a bagel. He then proceeds to tell me I WAS GONNA WAIT 10 minutes for whatever it was he was making. I told him I didn’t have ten minutes to wait as I had to return to work. He laughed in my face and kept telling me I was gonna wait. I walked out without a refund! Tried contacting customer service and they aren’t even available! Please don’t go to this location. The guy there is very rude, unprofessional and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL!!!!

This was my first experience in Philadelphia and I was strongly disappointed. We were very hungry and went here because in our city we love Dunkin Donuts (Virginia Beach). First. After the bus we want to go to the restroom but it was closed. We thought somebody is there. For 10 min we were waiting nobody came out. We tried to ask stuff but they were extremely rude to us. They didn’t want to answer and ignored us. 15 mins past one of the employees went to the restroom and all deal was that the restroom was closed by them (it was like a button in the front desk). We could go there only after one of the employees decided to go there. And even after that I need to ask for open it. Second. We were waiting for our meals for 15 minutes. The cafe was almost empty and people who ordered after us took their orders before us. The coffee is okey, but the sandwiches are awful. I can compare them to my city. Here they are awful. Third. The knowledge of employees English is so bad that we could hardly understand the names of our orders. Our names are not hard to pronounce.
I am offended by this behavior. I won't come again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
