I asked for a extra espresso and whipped cream and they only gave me one espresso with no whipped cream. They are good with taking our money, tho.

If I could give a negative 100 stars I would! Worst experience ever!!! I went in today for a coffee and croissant… After the guy put my coffee on the counter he says there’s no croissant, I asked for a refund for the croissant he said no I could take a bagel. I didn’t order a bagel if I wanted a bagel I would’ve ordered a bagel. He then proceeds to tell me I WAS GONNA WAIT 10 minutes for whatever it was he was making. I told him I didn’t have ten minutes to wait as I had to return to work. He laughed in my face and kept telling me I was gonna wait. I walked out without a refund! Tried contacting customer service and they aren’t even available! Please don’t go to this location. The guy there is very rude, unprofessional and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL!!!!

This was my first experience in Philadelphia and I was strongly disappointed. We were very hungry and went here because in our city we love Dunkin Donuts (Virginia Beach). First. After the bus we want to go to the restroom but it was closed. We thought somebody is there. For 10 min we were waiting nobody came out. We tried to ask stuff but they were extremely rude to us. They didn’t want to answer and ignored us. 15 mins past one of the employees went to the restroom and all deal was that the restroom was closed by them (it was like a button in the front desk). We could go there only after one of the employees decided to go there. And even after that I need to ask for open it. Second. We were waiting for our meals for 15 minutes. The cafe was almost empty and people who ordered after us took their orders before us. The coffee is okey, but the sandwiches are awful. I can compare them to my city. Here they are awful. Third. The knowledge of employees English is so bad that we could hardly understand the names of our orders. Our names are not hard to pronounce.
I am offended by this behavior. I won't come again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

They forgot to put Boston creme donut in the bag another wait despite doing a mobile order. Most important why don't they cook the hash browns fully it was very nasty and cold. I am tired of this every dunkin donuts do this uncooked hash browns

Here is what happened when I stopped in for a quick iced coffee. I was given the wrong drink. I ordered a small iced coffee with 2 creams and 1 brown sugar. I like my coffee lightly sweetened. I was served a coffee with regular sweetener and it was so sweet. It was also not that cold. I returned the coffee and asked them to make it the right way. I asked to see how much sweetener they added before adding coffee and they still had about a quarter of the cup filled with sweetener. I asked them to pour almost all of it out and to add the proper amount of ice. The drink was still subpar but at least it wasn’t made with half sweetener. I checked and 1 sweetener is less than 1/4 ounce. They did way more than that. I also witnessed someone else get served an iced drink without ice and another person ordered a mobile order and they just never announced it was ready. This dunkin is close to work but it’s a waste of money and time. I will only be going to the one close to my home now.

Filthy! From the entrance to the kitchen, absolutely disgusting. The server was on the phone with her gloves on when I entered, and after acknowledging me stayed on the phone. Then proceeded to make coffee and give me change with the same gloves on. The coffee was stale and disgusting. Clean the place up!

Why does your coffee always taste burnt and bitter? Why can't you mix the coffee, so the sugar isn't sitting at the bottom? If you don't want to mix the coffee, then put stirrers outside for people to use. Everytime I come in to pick up my mobile order, it is behind the rack and when I attempt to get anyones attention, I am ignored. Please do better, please fix yourself.

The coffee and food was okay but the customer service was severely lacking. I asked the worker to use the restroom and he lied to my face saying the water lines were broken. Later, I watched as he buzzed in a guy and I heard the toilet flush perfectly fine. 0/10 do not recommend. Hire new employees.
