I always go here to get my coffee etc today I paid for crossaint egg cheese and two coffees and two glaze donuts didn't think to look it's raining out etc of course I got a plain bagel with just egg ill never go again

This Dunkin Donuts is located on City Avenue and has plenty of parking. The staff here are friendly and my order was taken quickly. Only a short wait for my order they were a little busy at mid morning. Plenty of seating area so no trouble getting a table. Convenient for me because it is right down the street from my bus stop.

Horrible experience, I will not be returning! I was also told there was not a manager nor lead in the store that I could speak to. I was over charged & there was no solution to resolve my issue. I also sent an email and hoping to speak to someone directly.
