I came in the morning they were closed but they had to be open. Seems like the staff is too distracted and lazy to work in morning they hide
This DD is completely a scam. They sell their donuts for more than 3 dollars where it is sold for significantly less at all the other DD. Such a scam. Why are your prices so high compared to other DD?

I went to this place to pick up an order. I didn't realize that the mobile app had messed up my order and never sent it. The staff was very rude and then when I came inside and tried to figure out our, they were dismissive. I finally decided to just order there. I was made to stand there for 5 mins while everybody walked around an ignored me, waited on other customers, wiped the counter, etc. I was finally acknowledged and served. I would have gone somewhere else, but I was on the clock. I will never go to this Dunkin again. I get coffee every day, so I know what good Dunkin service is, and this place is not good.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They tell me they are handing me a melted donut. I ask for a refund. They then tell me they cannot and I need a different flavor donut. I ask for my money back again. Then they ask if I can swap it for something else. I ask for a coffee. They then tell me the difference is $0.84 and I need to pay for it. I refuse and ask for my money back to which they say they cannot refund me. They then tell me to pick a cheaper item. I refuse. Eventually I ask for the manager to which no one would come to the window to speak with me. Horrible service and experience. Super rude. I then left.

I ordered 2 dozens of doughnuts and a croissant sandwich. The doughnuts were stale and the croissant was burnt.

Parking lot sucks. Drive-thru has cars backed up out to the street, which inevitably blocks in customers who can be bothered to park their vehicles and walk into the actual store and interact with actual people face to face rather than hem and haw about which donut varieties the store currently has. And that's the other knock on this place. I don't really enjoy DD to begin with, but the selection of donuts to choose from is severely limited, and the options that ARE there for the choosing are basic, bare bones, boring, bland, blahzey blah, biscuits of bread barely breaking barriers in some bake off battle bonanza. There's chocolate, glazed, jelly filled, cream filled, bear claw, apple fritter, and the Munchkin holes from a chocolate and a glazed. Need more choices. Entering, parking, and leaving the parking lot was a morning headache I can do without. The service inside was excellent. Store looks clean and tidy. Woulda been in and out if not for The Ringling Brothers And Car Jammed In An Alley Circus. I'll have to pass on this one. But if I did indeed, in fact, run on Dunkin, I'd still just hit up a Wawa. They got a bigger selection of Wawa brand donuts than D and D has of their own. Employees were all working hard to fill orders and were on top of their game. It's just a bad formula coupled with the unfortunate design and functionality of the property location itself that makes this a no for me. Donut was good. Just not worth the hassle.

I asked for cold brew coffee, and I was given a Ice Coffee. When I asked to speak with the manager, She and the employee became agitated and began discussing the issue in their language and insisted that I should pay an additional cost. I did not pay the additional cost because they did not know how to correctly make the item they advertised. I will not be going back. The experience was horrible.

I stop at this DD I needed to sit here until my job open. The service was okay. It wasn't my orders was ready for hash browns and hot tea. The hash browns were extremely burnt. Next the manager came into the store looking around and wanted to start fixing the tables while I was eating. No to mention he asked if I could move so he and the other crew could do so. This is why I go to Starbucks. Never again

Simply put, the drive-thru is on point. But if you go inside, I waited almost 20 minutes for a coffee and then they give you an attitude when you get upset about it. But like I said the drive-through is quick the guy running it is awesome
I just wish every store sold Marble
