there are three dunkins on this stretch of ridge ave, and this is the cleanest, most consistent one. the halal truck outside elevates it from a 4-star to 5-star.
I giving this location a low score because I placed a mobile order at 5:47am on 5/11/25. I got to the location at 6am and it was not open. I waited 15 minutes and it reminded closed so I left. I am hoping to get a refund.

there is a mid age white girl who i encountered being very aggressive towards me in this drive thru however everyone isn't gonna be nice in response if you deal with the public and having a bad day , or don't like your job go home cause again we live in a state where alot of people don't care so please when you dealing with customers be mindful you never know what someone response is going to be I will leave this location along for a while worst customer service I encountered here

It’s what I’ve come to expect from a dunkin. Poor customer service, slow service and mediocre coffee. This one had a clean restroom though and the staff seemed to know their jobs so this dunkin gets a 5

Says they close at 6:30. Went at 6PM to buy gift cards and they were closed.
Every so often part of my order is slightly off but never a big deal until today. Somehow my iced coffee and my wrap were BOTH incorrect. There's a tall, old dude working there that clearly has no interest in accuracy. I told him my drink was wrong and all he did was add pumps of the correct syrup to the already sweet drink, making it death by sugar... Thankfully, whoever the woman is working there, she's amazing. She fixed both of his mistakes - the wrong drink AND the wrong wrap. I'd give this location outstanding customer service if it wasn't for the fact that they were the ones who had the bad customer service that needed to be corrected in the first place. Anywho - if you ever have a problem with your order, ask the lady about it, she's awesome and very friendly and helpful!

My drink was disgusting. I am sure they do not clean out the blenders between orders! I have order 2 drinks recently and both had very obvious cross-contamination. A vanilla drink is supposed to taste vanilla! Mine tasted like coffee once and caramel the next time. It might not be an issue for most, but it worries me that they are not cleaning equipment properly!
Back parking lot is disgusting and littered with trash. I get it’s shared, but you’re the busiest business there - take some ownership and keep the city clean / respect your neighbors.
