Every so often part of my order is slightly off but never a big deal until today. Somehow my iced coffee and my wrap were BOTH incorrect. There's a tall, old dude working there that clearly has no interest in accuracy. I told him my drink was wrong and all he did was add pumps of the correct syrup to the already sweet drink, making it death by sugar... Thankfully, whoever the woman is working there, she's amazing. She fixed both of his mistakes - the wrong drink AND the wrong wrap. I'd give this location outstanding customer service if it wasn't for the fact that they were the ones who had the bad customer service that needed to be corrected in the first place. Anywho - if you ever have a problem with your order, ask the lady about it, she's awesome and very friendly and helpful!

My drink was disgusting. I am sure they do not clean out the blenders between orders! I have order 2 drinks recently and both had very obvious cross-contamination. A vanilla drink is supposed to taste vanilla! Mine tasted like coffee once and caramel the next time. It might not be an issue for most, but it worries me that they are not cleaning equipment properly!

Back parking lot is disgusting and littered with trash. I get it’s shared, but you’re the busiest business there - take some ownership and keep the city clean / respect your neighbors.

I love their iced coffee and Boston cream donuts. However, for political reasons I won't be buying from Any Dunkin Donuts again.*Added Bonus: I'll be cutting down on a lot of spending, sugar and carbs.

I just have to share that I just walked in 5 minutes before closing (I didn’t know they were closing) and not only was the young man so polite about still taking my order, he also made me a dunkaccino which I didn’t realize was retired off the menu in March of this year. I didn’t catch this young man’s name but thank you so much.

Walked in and the guy behind the counter looked me straight in the face and did not greet or acknowledge me.He was too busy doing whatever it was he was doing so I walked over to the register to wait to place my order and after about almost 2 minutes of waiting an employee walked in to clock in and the same thing happened with the 1st guy when I walked into the store, he looked at me and didn't acknowledge me. I don't blame this guy because he wasn't even clocked in yet but in that moment I had decided I had enough of waiting to spend my money to benefit your business.So I headed to the door to leave and then I hear the first man I saw walking into the store that never uttered a word to me say, "Ma'am can I help you?"I retorted, "You took to long" and continued to walk out.I am a customer and I am not on Your Time...you are on MY TIME and I can spend my money at a million other Dunkin establishments that understand customer service skills. SMH

Dietary restrictions: Every time I come to this location. I always have a problem with my order. Customer service is horrible. The person who makes the food. Does not use proper protocol when making food. My food be cold, the worker does not change their gloves when handling pork, raw pork products. Gets an attitude when corrected. I will never eat here again. The worker area is not cleaned and needs to be retrained.

The owner lock my car in their lot until I bought something. Her employees told me she will be out there locking the gate at 12 every day. Do not go to this one. Just drive up the street to the other one. I'm assuming shes jealous of the business the Hala truck gets and decided to force us to pay. I held my coffee out the window so her and either her husband or another employee opened the gate and let me out. I will look further into who I can complain about this.Just drive up to the other one. The staff is much nicer and they won't try to steal your car in exchange for 3$The refresher is just as good from there too

Customer service is bad. Meal prep person is very rude. Does not change gloves when needed when preparing food. Wouldn’t recommend
