It’s what I’ve come to expect from a dunkin. Poor customer service, slow service and mediocre coffee. This one had a clean restroom though and the staff seemed to know their jobs so this dunkin gets a 5
Every so often part of my order is slightly off but never a big deal until today. Somehow my iced coffee and my wrap were BOTH incorrect. There's a tall, old dude working there that clearly has no interest in accuracy. I told him my drink was wrong and all he did was add pumps of the correct syrup to the already sweet drink, making it death by sugar... Thankfully, whoever the woman is working there, she's amazing. She fixed both of his mistakes - the wrong drink AND...
I just have to share that I just walked in 5 minutes before closing (I didn’t know they were closing) and not only was the young man so polite about still taking my order, he also made me a dunkaccino which I didn’t realize was retired off the menu in March of this year. I didn’t catch this young man’s name but thank you so much.
