Never have fresh donuts. One time, I came in for donuts, the cashier was picking his nose, and the overall customer service needed to improve. I rather go to 711 for my donuts than here. At least they're covered and fresh ish.

There's a stinky homeless guy opening doors for people while asking for money, the dude inside doesn't do anything about it and there's no Dr. Pepper sold there. This place stinks.

I feel for the ownership of this location. Many comments about homeless, but I've never seen it. What I have seen is very rowdy high school students waiting for the bus and making chaos and fighting on the corner adjacent to the dunkin property. It must be very challenging for the owners and disruptive to the business. The coffee is delicious!

This location has changed so much in the last year for the worst. In order to get to the door now, you have to pass about 5 homeless people, and all of them will ask you for money. The staff doesn’t even attempt to make your order right anymore. It's sad to see this place go downhill like this.

At first, I was impressed with the extra egg they gave me on my egg sandwich this morning. Was not happy with the big wad of paper I pulled out of my mouth halfway through this sandwich. Shut this place down, my God.

It's no different than any other Dunkin you've ever been to. There is a parking lot. They did give me a regular wake up wrap instead of a pancake wrap, but it still tasted good.

They always get my coffee wrong when I order through the app. The older man that works at the register is mean and disrespectful. I came in with my regular clothes as i was having an issue with the gas and he was so rude to me. When I come in here during the week in my work clothes he acts completely different.I will never spend my money here again.
