Owner lacks customer service. Visited thisbDD and waited in kine as the owner kept looking at hisbcell phone while people were in line waiting to order. I asked if he was ready tobattend to the customers and he said NO. but he then asked one of his subordinates to address the customers. What ever happened to customer service especially with all these rising rates and expenses..get a keurig..save your money.

Dunkin donuts is very convenient and i appreciate the drive through to get a hot cup of coffee. Sometimes customer service is not up to par because of staff shortages and this causes stress to the environment which is not good for the customers. Sometimes the staff thinks they are doing customers a favor, thats false. Staff should think that I'm an employee and I'm going to make my business look good regardless to negative pressure from customers. You will have a better day when the day is over.

I visited this location on 9/15 around 1 pm and went through the drive-through. The female crew member was extremely rude and walked away after I told her one of my ordered items was missing. Another crew member came to the window and made a statement about it being time for them to leave, handed me a drink, and walked off, thankfully 2 young men working made sure I got the rest of my order. I couldn't get a receipt b/c the machine wasn't working and the first female crew member didn't scan my rewards. This location had become my new choice on my way to work. After this exchange and mistreatment, I will not be returning. I tried to call the store today to speak with a manager, but the mailbox is full.

What a disgusting waste of money! Went here this morning and should have kept going once I saw the nasty filthy drive-thru window. The wake-up wrap and pumpkin muffin smelled and tasted like old funky bacon grease! The coffee was so bitter, and did not have any sugar in it as requested. The cold brew my friend had tasted like it had some kind of spicy curry in it. if it wasn't for the fact that I was in a hurry to go to work, I would turn back around and got a refund. There's no way that this place is even operating and open serving this B.S.

I normally drive by this DD because the service is slow and they always mess my order up and never fill my Matcha Latte up, it’s always missing about 2 oz! The drink is over $5 FILL IT UP! This DD is horrible!

Today, July 11th, 2024 around 9:00 am, I visited Dunkin' Donuts located at 8113 Stenton Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19150 and the experience was just terrible. I went in and it was clear that it was extremely chaotic behind the counter but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as fast food can be very fast pace.
First I asked for a coffee and then went to order a sandwich and hash browns after and she was barely listening to me so I had to say it more than once for her to put it on my order. I was trying to pay for my food with a gift card and with my card and not only did one of the readers barely work but the employee seemed to barely know how to work the register. Her coworker had to take over on another screen. Once I finally paid after way too much time. I got my coffee and it was terrible she hadn’t added my extra cream and sugar to my Carmel Crazed Ice Latte so there was only one of each and it had way too much milk.
Then I waited for almost another 20-30 minutes for my food as the employees had thought they forgot to give someone at the drive through their food and it had been my bag just sitting there. Once they finally gave it to me I took my sandwich and left.
When I got to the car I first ate my hash browns that were a bit fine if anything a little burnt but when I opened the sandwich it had a particularly strong smell to it and was barely put together looking extremely unappetizing.
I looked for the reason of the smell or any clear signs of mold and saw none so I took a bit of the sandwich and could immediately tell something on it was spoiled. I believe the cheese and egg and processed to throw up into my dunkin bag and outside of my vehicle as well.
This is by far the worse fast food and Dunkin experience I have ever had and it is clear that the workers are untrained, undisciplined, and the overall store is terrible behind the counter.

they gave my order to the wrong car ,and blamed it on the customer.
Update : the employees there are sooooo disrespectful the drive through guy was steady dealing with dirty water while taking orders had my order wrong told me he didn’t have no receipt so he was gonna charge me all over again for something I ordered in the previous window.
This dude was unprofessional just nasty to me shut this location down and revamp your staff!!!!
