It’s fast food so this location is a hit or miss now the young lady’s when in drive thru are friendly however the guy today interaction I asked for napkins and was told they don’t have any if you don’t like dealing with the public stay home or another team member can take orders and hand the food out

This is one of the worst DD's i have been to..customer service mainly for me is the issue..every time I go in there long wait for a cup of coffee and it's wrong..if the music wasn't so loud you would of heard me say 1 butter pecan and not 5..wint be spending any of my money in that DD anymore.

I literally just came fro this Dunkin’ Donuts My son wanted me to bring home his favorite Boston creme donuts so I proceeded to this location since I was nearby a friend’s house so I get in line I ordered two Boston creme donuts and a cup of munkins I only wanted glazed and chocolate so I proceeded to the window and this guy says 5.98 I gave him my money he was on his phone the whole time so maybe that’s how my order got messed up I got my stuff and drove off. I didn’t immediately look into the bag until I got home got my order all wrong basically I paid for munchkins but they charged me for munchkins and the two Boston creme donuts. And to add the guys hands was nasty and dirty smh never again second bad experience here I don’t recommend.

It’s a typical Dunkin’, and like many locations, the experience can be hit or miss depending on where you go. When I arrived around 1:13 PM, it was clean and not too busy. I got my coffee quickly, and it tasted pretty good.

Owner lacks customer service. Visited thisbDD and waited in kine as the owner kept looking at hisbcell phone while people were in line waiting to order. I asked if he was ready tobattend to the customers and he said NO. but he then asked one of his subordinates to address the customers. What ever happened to customer service especially with all these rising rates and expenses..get a keurig..save your money.
