Change your evening worker. They took 20 min to make a cappuccino. After 20 min he come out with 1/3 cup of cappuccino. Then he wwt back to fix the problem. he made another one takes another 15min. Humble request to owner please change your evening worker. Still not fix the problem.

This is one of my fav locations because they make everything right. They actually use espresso in my espresso drinks instead of coffee (yes ppl can taste the difference between coffee and espresso bc other Dunkin locations/certain employees think that we can’t). The staff are nice and reasonable. If there is a mistake they fix it and they always look like they’re working as a team behind the counter. It’s always busy which sucks but they get through the line quick.

If you can avoid going here, do so at all costs! Top 5 worst Dunkins and it’s not 4 or 5! There’s always a problem and you end up waiting 15 minutes for a pour of coffee. Also, woman screaming at employees instead of doing anything

The mornings are terrible they're rude and make mistakes and blame you for it. The one guy messed up my drink and someone else and told us it was our fault disrespectfully fixed the drink contaminating the lids to our cups; not get a new one, and spilling coffee out. Very unprofessional and unorganized, food is good because it's Dunkin but it's always poorly made because of the lack of hospitality in there.

Today 2/9/2025 was free coffee day and these teenagers you keep hiring. Either they can't count and give you the incorrect change or they are thieves. I was charged for a medium coffee today and should not have been charged. I will be in tomorrow morning to get a free coffee or refund. I can not stand dishonest ppl.

They need to do better at not serving customers watered down Coffee . What I was served on Jan 22 , 2025 was not Thick and Rich Creamy Coffee As I Thought I'd be Given . I even took the ice cubes out my drink to see if I could restore and get it back to the thick texture I was looking for but nope coffee was still as thin as air . I like my Coffee Thick . Please Do Better .
