When someone orders food on DoorDash , you guys never look at the receipt. I ask for cream and sugar in my iced coffee. 3 different times no cream no sugar. I also ask for my sandwich bread to be toasted and it’s never toasted. This is ridiculous

We had to wait for a lemonade strawberry refresher because they ran out, I told her I will pull over no worries and she smiles and said ok...LoL it was no big deal because everyone wanted the same flavor and it is hot out here.

Me and my husband walked to get coffee and I was looking at the donuts and quickly changed my mind because I saw a bug on one of rhe donuts in the front. So I felt the need to tell the male worker in the store and he gave me a look like he didn't care and didn't bother to remove it which was nasty so I won't be eating from there anymore since they don't care what your eating extra with your food

If people are coming there in the morning before work , the employees should not be in the back gossiping I had to get a refund this morning waited fifteen minutes for my food because two of the workers were in the back talking instead of helping they team members . It was only two customers in the dining and they cleared 20 cars in the drive thru before I could get out the store . So rude . What are you gossiping about at 6am make the orders never coming here again
