The coffee was not enjoyable, and the customer service was unacceptable. The staff came across as rude and unhelpful, even when asking simple questions. If I could give them a 0 instead of 1 star, I definitely would.

I used to like this dunkin donuts but they keep playing with my money lately. New staff? I don't know. If I order a large Iced Matcha GIVE ME A LARGE. THE FACT THAT HALF OF MY CUP IS MATCHA AND THE OTHER HALF OF MY CUP IS BUBBLES IS ROBBERY. I'M PAYING YOU FOR A LARGE MATCHA. NOT A SMALL. NOT A CUP FULL OF MOSTLY ICE, AND SOME MATCHA. YALL LOST A CUSTOMER. Maybe give people what they PAY FOR! I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO REMIND YOU TO FILL MY CUP TO THE TOP. IT'S COMMON SENSE. Imagine if I ordered an actual small. How much matcha would I get in my cup then??? ALL THEY DO IN THERE IS LAUGH AND PLAY WHICH I WOULDN'T MIND IF THEY ACTUALLY DID THEIR DAMN JOBS. Don't know who the Spanish girl who is manger I believe but she truly has a nasty disposition about her. How to you just look at customer roll eyes or give them dirty looks. It's not just her half of the staff is like that. And how does my mom pay one price for items goes back next day buys same items she goes up a dollar. Don't worry corporate will be called but its truly ridiculous.
