I ordered a hot chai latte through the mobile app as pick-up, because I was running short of time and figured I’d use a convenient service that’s made with the intention of your order being ready when you get there. I ordered my tea at 8:01 and arrived at 8:05, of course I didn’t expect my order to be ready. But for the next 5 minutes I waited with nobody acknowledging me while one worker was working on two drinks. Another worker who was too busy on her phone before, came out to help to realize orders were backed up. She didn’t acknowledge me or ask me about my drink either. She just started making drinks for people who weren’t there and he proceeded to hang out with his back to me while she worked. At 8:17 I had to loudly say “hey I ordered my mobile order about 15 minutes ago, could you guys check on that please?” To which they asked me my name and order and I said a chai latte this is for Mikaela thinking he would look it up. My order was a medium hot oatmilk chai, he produced a large iced chocolate beverage, showing he didn’t even bother to look at my order or ask me to reconfirm. When I told him it was an hot chai, at this point extremely frustrated, and pointed out the order should’ve been ready 15 minutes ago and this shouldn’t have been an issue because they have tools with all the information they need about my order, to which he said “you could’ve said it was hot” with attitude. Hire smarter people with customer service skills because this is not it. I had to leave and run to catch my train and never got my order or refund because I didn’t have the luxury to stay there and talk for anymore time. I’m never going to this store again, which is a shame because it was a part of my everyday run.

I haven't been to this dunk in years because I no longer work in civil city. But it used to be the best, the nicest, the cleanest, the coolest, and they had nice tables and chairs. They had a nice Jenga game. You could play and winston.The manager was the best

I ordered a churro iced latte no whip cream or nothing pure blan my pancake wrap was all over the place. Please train your people better especially making people drinks and food. Besides that the service and atmosphere was amazing.
