My second time buying Carmel frozen drink and I want a refund for both times …. Terrible I’m a regular customer at a different location & would try others. This location is by far the worst. I don’t even want to finish it .
I was in Dunkin Donuts and one of the trainers was cussing out the employees. I left no one should be treated like that and the staff disrespected the manager.

Kim is the best! She absolutely killed it! Best customer service I ever had at Dunkin Donuts. I had a complicated order and was in a rush this morning and she took care of it no problem! I will be back because of Kim!

I was told that the kitchen is closed @ 4:15 pm on a Friday when the store doesn’t even close until 8pm
