The LaSalle Dunkins is no good it's reall ynot for people to go to they do not I want to take your order right or give you your points they let people sit around that's not buying things and get dressed in their there's always trouble when you're there and the managers do not do anything
This Dunkin has personal issues with their customers. They fixed my daughter's order and not mine, so they're bad for business. That's my experience, so I'll take my business elsewhere.

My second time buying Carmel frozen drink and I want a refund for both times …. Terrible I’m a regular customer at a different location & would try others. This location is by far the worst. I don’t even want to finish it .
I was in Dunkin Donuts and one of the trainers was cussing out the employees. I left no one should be treated like that and the staff disrespected the manager.

Lazy people in here they close at 8 I get there at 6:30 they saying they’re close and they all just sitting in there on their phones not doing anything
I wanted to order from here, since it's close to work. However, it doesn't show up on the Dunkin' app as a location. Is there a reason for that?
Please do not assume that they are open at 5am as scheduled; the doors are locked, and there are no staff present to assist customers.
