This is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts in Philly. The food is made as usual and the atmosphere is just Philly made (if you're not sure what that means "it's a Philly thang..." đ). It's the service. Some workers are cool but it's this one guy who is really a jerk!!! Talks trash and down to people. I really want to come at his neck but he does the coffee and I've seen tons of videos online about how they get you back smh. Nobody likes a tough Tony type cap. Just walk up the street by Wendy's and go to that one.

I stop by there and ordered a kiwi refresher and the young lady that was making my drink was fishing out a bug in my drink she was laughing and talking to another employee about cause she was going to serve that to me but I had a feeling something wasn't right I walked over and saw her and I requested my money back and the manager act like I was wrong for asking smh never will I ever go there

There was 3-4 employees there working, I was the only customer in line for 5 min or so and no one acknowledged me and or said someone will be with you in a minute they just ignored me. Once I asked is anyone here working the register the employee standing at the coffee machine was then being very rude while also saying âWE KNOW YOUR THEREâ. Customer service was rude & unprofessional

There is a young lady there who insist on making my coffee the way she wants to instead of the way I requested, then gets a nasty attitude if u bring it to her attention. I ask for Splenda she gives me sugar, I ask for 8 cream, 6 caramel, and 4 Splenda she gives me 5 Splenda, 5 cream and 1 caramel. I really hate going there because of her but this is the only DD in my route!! She never wears a name tag so I canât mention her by name. Yâall need to do better wit yâall customer service.

I come to this location pretty often since it is on my commute home and I must say considering it being a Philly Dunkin, the staff is always so nice and pleasant and the store is always nice and clean too. One thing I will say is that depending on the day youâll either be able to walk into the store and order or youâll have to order at the small order window and sometimes you have to deal with crowds of people waiting for the bus outside of the store hogging the sidewalk. But other than those things Iâve always had pleasant experiences while Iâm here. Will definitely come back in the future.

Itâs Dunkin Donuts you not there for a 4-5 star meal so now weâre just here to discuss the coffee and donuts and Most of the time when I go itâs extremely fresh baked every morning and the coffee is also Fresh and they always get my ICED COFFEE ORDER RIGHT! Large French Vanilla Xtra cream two sugars and whip cream and caramel drizzle on top with light ice and everytime it gets my morning started.
