There is a young lady there who insist on making my coffee the way she wants to instead of the way I requested, then gets a nasty attitude if u bring it to her attention. I ask for Splenda she gives me sugar, I ask for 8 cream, 6 caramel, and 4 Splenda she gives me 5 Splenda, 5 cream and 1 caramel. I really hate going there because of her but this is the only DD in my route!! She never wears a name tag so I can’t mention her by name. Y’all need to do better wit y’all customer...

I come to this location pretty often since it is on my commute home and I must say considering it being a Philly Dunkin, the staff is always so nice and pleasant and the store is always nice and clean too. One thing I will say is that depending on the day you’ll either be able to walk into the store and order or you’ll have to order at the small order window and sometimes you have to deal with crowds of people waiting for the bus outside of the store hogging the sidewalk....
