The location has since gone downhill real bad since the young lady who was pregnant left. The iced coffee taste like water and the cheese hasn’t been melted on the last couple sandwiches I purchased. The donuts are also not completely cooked all the time and are very small. They need help!!!! Bad!!!

Edit January 2025 Place is running by a pregnant woman who can barely move, old lady in the kitchen with zero efficiency, otherwise she’s intentionally backing up the orders, and one guy going in and out to take the trash out. You guys are a joke and just because it’s a local branch your audience is captivated. Shame on you
3 workers are inside but only the cashier is taking orders and preparing it. One employee is talking with the other one that is stocking everything on the shelves. A lot of noise , no greeting, no mask for the other employees, no gloves while touching the food or preparing it. When order is ready there is no place to put it, they hand it over to you and now you’ll have to wait for the other items. Coffee is hot, can’t hold it long. Very bad experience Monday 6/14 around noon

This one is located on Girard. I have to honestly say I was pleasantly surprised going inside. It's super Clean, The Staff was very friendly and my coffee and egg ? where great, cheese melted just enough Carmel.Makes my work day doable!!
