This one is located on Girard. I have to honestly say I was pleasantly surprised going inside. It's super Clean, The Staff was very friendly and my coffee and egg ? where great, cheese melted just enough Carmel.Makes my work day doable!!

Entered with a man who had already been waiting a long time. I stood there 7 additional minutes, placed my order and waited another 5 minutes. Never began to make my ice coffee ask for a refund and was told there was no manager to issue my refund. I walked out. 2 workers on a busy Wednesday morning.

Waited in line on a Saturday morning for 21 minutes before I even reached the counter. 2 employees running the whole store. Absolutely ridiculous. Slow moving employees and the line was long I waited outside holding the door open
