Dunkin'

Worst Dunkin. Sat in the drive thru line for almost 40 minutes (on my 30 minute lunch break) with no way of backing out. All for my order to be 1. Cold and 2. Wrong. My food was cold and my coffee had the correct tag but was not correct in the slightest. I’m diabetic and lactose intolerant and of course the coffee I received had sweetened flavors, cream, and sugar. It was so obviously not my coffee. I didn’t even have time to go back and get it switched because of how long I was waiting there. Never again.

Came inside because the drive thru was busy. Usually that's when the inside is also busy but today as Ice Cube would say, " was a good day."

For a week I went for the s’mores specialty donut m. The cashiers at the drive thru were extremely pleasant and that donut was superb. I hope it’s out during Christmas time

This store really fell off how does dunkin donuts not have any donuts!! My husband comes every morning to get a ice coffee they run out of mocha 7 employees standing around and the store is almost empty!

Every time I go here, they get my order wrong or give it away to another customer...and all I order is a regular medium coffee. It gets hood in there sometimes. But I guess they're doing the best they can.

The manager is horrible she talk to her workers like she doesn’t have any respect for them I seen one girl working by herself while it was about 10 workers in the establishment just horrible !!!!!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! Ignorant management and disrespectful!!! Screwed up my order. Then when I go back the manager wants to argue with me about her screw up!!! Employee felt so bad he was going to remake the order but the manager said no, so I said RUN ME MY MONEY BACK!!! Disrespectful and distasteful

This Dunkin’ needs to be shut down they never have anything in stock he customer service is horrible and the drinks that they make never taste right, I’ve gone here multiple time as it is in my commute to work and they mess my order up every time horrible experience
