This location is trash! How do I receive 50 stale old munchkins at 7am??? Then there’s no decaf tea available at 7am!? Then got the never to advertise “under new management” on the Dunkin app! Yea now it needs to be closed!!

I went there for a turkey sausage crossaint. I ordered a coffee also. The coffee was fine but the turkey was cold cheese wasnt melted at all and my bread was hard. Like eating rubber. I will never be going back to this location. Waste of money. I know they get alot of business so why am I receiving cold stuff

It is disgusting and poor service from an establishment that are literally robbing customers. I don’t eat egg. But yet being charged the same amount with nothing to accommodate. They gave me a single slice protein (sausage) and charge me as if I got egg. All others Dunkin’s will accommodate non egg eaters with another sausage. The service sucked as well and I was just told to “talk to the owner”. Won’t ever return. I will go to a different Dunkin before patronizing this ever again.

This is unfortunately one of the worst Dunkin’ locations I’ve visited. The food is consistently served cold, the coffee lacks flavor, and the customer service needs serious improvement. They’re often out of basic items, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend spending your time or money here until major changes are made.

manager took my 700 point refresher order to put water and coolata syrup on ice then argue with me when i asked for a remake. it took me months to get those points and you cant remake a drink

Every time I come here the service is slow and sometimes rude or at least less than professional. If it was a one-time thing, I wouldn't bother leaving a rating, stuff happens. However, each time brings new reasons I would only go back if I was somehow desperate. The wait is always long. It's likely someone will be yelling or arguing in the background. People don't seem knowledgeable about their offerings and don't seem much concerned about it. Surprisingly, and to give them some credit, the food itself seems to be fine once they get it together.

Drive through lane was empty but it still took more than a minute for someone to acknowledge me, then the person sounded like she was talking to other people in the store. The best part was the young lady who handed me my drink was pleasant. To see this store listed as under new management and reading these reviews I hope the new management work on service and professionalism.
