I typically don't my go to this DD, it's the absolute last one on my commute and no drive through, with terrible parking. But sometimes I'm on work calls and can't stop on my way so I end up here. The previous staff was slow but friendly and funny. I can deal with slow if I'm entertained and everything is right. The current staff is very rude as others have said. I've put up with it, and wrong orders because it's the last dd I pass before I'm at my office. I'm done with them now, the final straw was that they wanted exact change only or card only. What kind of DD doesn't have change?! I'm not putting 6 bucks on a card or pulling from debit. Every time I hit a dd I give the staff at least a full dollar tip, it may not be great, but on a 4-8 buck bill you'd think they'd appreciate it. Nope. I won't be back to this store, the owner of the franchise should get hands on with this one before they lose their investment.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff were unprofessional and had noticeable attitudes from the moment I walked in. When they got my order wrong, instead of taking responsibility or simply fixing it, they tried to blame me for “giving them the wrong order” — even though I repeated it clearly. The lack of accountability and rude behavior made the entire visit unpleasant. Customer service should be about respect and getting things right, not arguing with the customer. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Dunkin’.

This place has the absolute worst customer service, the lady who looks like a manager is extremely rude and Passive aggressive. And the cashier gets ur order wrong!!!! And it looks not clean.

Went there yesterday morning for a bagel with cream cheese…around 9:30am. By noon I was nauseous, by 2pm I had a massive headache and body aches and was in the bathroom. Was home in bed with chills and sweats all night. Had to take off work today. All jacked up. I’m mad at myself because I did not follow my instincts. The place was noticeably dirty. The staff was far from courteous. I should have walked out! I’ve never been to this location ever. Typically go to the one in Glenside. I’m so turned off I’m just going to eat at home from here on out!!!!

Today I went to Dunkin for the breakfast special coffee ☕️ breakfast sandwich 🥪 hash browns and a donut 🍩 and the employees called me sir and Tran. I work hard for my money and I can spend it anywhere but I chose to spend it at Dunkin and I will not make that mistake again
