Managers are good, staff is consistently an issue. Unprofessional, lazy, slow, and ghetto. The management keeps this place going. Back up staff might as well go home.

New manager and assistant manager. Friendly workers, sometimes very busy with a wait due to online and door dash/Uber eats orders but always worth it. Very attentive and accommodating workers. Sharon, Marc, and Cash are all stars. Order ahead during morning work rush if you're pressed for time but if not sit and have a feel good chat with them. I can be in a bad mood and leave happy caffeinated and laughing by the time my stuff is done. And I'm a weird finicky orderer and they deal with me happily. Also they keep all the flavor shots in stock. Every time. Back up staff is great and they've added a new kind girl who's name escapes me...sorry Boo, but you're great too. Thank y'all.

This establishment is absolutely disgusting and by far the dirtiest place I have ever encountered. I unfortunately ordered through Ubereats and my food was completely burnt and reeked of an unpleasant odor. To make matters worse, the food was spilling out of the bag and the top was not properly secured. I wasted $30.00 on this terrible experience and will never make that mistake again. This place needs to be shut down immediately and the city and food safety authorities should investigate them. They didn’t follow instructions! It was horrible

So unprofessional some of the workers are, inappropriate conversations with customers in line using the "N" word and cursing while children are in the store. The one worker was having an inappropriate conversation about her father while customers could hear. And that's only 1 time I decided to mention. I won't be coming back here if management doesn't care neither do I
