Not really a coffee drinker so was a little disappointed when they couldn’t sub a hot chocolate for the coffee but the meal made up for it. One of the best bagel sandwiches I’ve ever ordered from a Dunkin. Came out fresh, hot and well assembled. Was burning my hands trying to eat it at first but after that first bite, there was no stopping me. The hash browns were also on point today. Service was great and was recommended a drink that wasn’t half bad. Was surprised on how clean and up-kept the place was too. Loved it.

I enjoy coming to this Dunkin so much because I love seeing my girl, Vanessa! She’s truly a delight to greet you even when you’re having a bad day.. she knows how to turn it around with her smile and great service. I was so sad when she left her previous location but was elated to see her at this one! I know she’s been a great addition to the team since she’s a team player and makes it her goal to help everyone out.

I don't understand how even when you're the only person in line at this location, it takes like 7 minutes to get your order. And there's always at least 2 people working. You go into any other location and it can be a line to the door or a backed up drive through and you still get your stuff faster than this place.

My experience a Dunkin for the past few days has been fantastic the one young lady at the drive thru in the morning with the dimples was so sweet respectful and kind she always make sure I have everything I need they need more people like that young lady 10 /10 will come again

So today it's really nice outside so I had my windows down but once I pulled around to the window (waiting my turn) the grass around the building was so high it creeper me out (had to close my windows). Order from here a couple of times; it’s always something. Always low on inventory. And the app is never correct I’m guessing because they fail to up date it. If you don’t have a product please update the app so it reflects what’s in the store.

I’ve stopped at this location a couple of times through the drive thru and I’ve always ended up driving off because their drive thru is super slow! Today I was able to place an order and the one who took the order was very pleasant, however the lady that took the payment and handed my drinks was NOT customer friendly! I greeted her; got no response. Then when she handed me my drinks she was laughing with her coworkers and as soon as she came up to the window she put a serious face back on! Honestly I regret even saying hello and thank you to her! Some of these employees need to be trained on how to treat customers! It’s not customers fault you’re unhappy or frustrated whatever the case may be. We all go there with one purpose which is to get food and most likely head to work after! In case she wants to know who she is; she had little short nails with black chipped nail polish!
