I honestly cannot understand how this is even possible. I walked into Dunkin’ — a full-sized coffee shop, not some tiny corner stand — and there was no restroom available for customers. There is one inside, but it’s only for employees. How does that make any sense? This is not a small kiosk, this is a proper café where people sit down, drink coffee, and spend time. In any other restaurant, bar, or café, having a restroom for customers is a basic standard.
It’s completely unacceptable that such a large and well-known establishment refuses to provide this most basic necessity. One star. Terrible policy.

The manger is very very rude the workers in there are rude I order hash browns and they wasn’t done at all I give them back he put it back so the next person can buy them when I already had touch them they told me I wasn’t aloud in there anymore because I went off in there not saying I have anything but I put my fingers on them no I don’t have anything still un sanitize the workers in there Are very unprofessional talk to u like ur a animal not a human o been trying to report them to the better business barrel

Before the remolding I didn’t have meany issues . But after it’s like the new people don’t follow instructions. Yes I like food but y am I paying what like 6 -7 dollars for a sandwich with 2 to 1 half pieces of bacon .
