Dunkin'

I keep going bc it's close, and it always disappoints. The crew is phenomenal, always so charming and quick. Sadly, the coffee and food is trash. I literally just ordered a large hot latte, and it was half full. I'm not kidding, large cup only half full. The sausage egg and cheese they gave me was hard and cold. Place got a COMPLETE remodel but why bother putting lipstick on a pig?

Once again they close at 6pm on Sunday the kitchen is closed at 4pm who owns this place? But its ok I went up old York road and spent my money there.

Worst ever, chocolate wasn't chocolate, they spill when delivering, don't give u what u ask for, food arrives called!!! Don't waste your time or money!!!

This place needs a new manger says they are open till 7 but they start closing at 5:30-6pm

A positive atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The employees always have a smile on their face and if you frequent there, they try to remember your name or what you order. It's clean and the service is fast. I really appreciate the service in the morning. When I need a great cup of coffee or something sweet.

I ordered the loaded potatoes and when I got my order, it looked like it was unloaded I will never go there

Thats it it happened more thatn two times they dont give me the ordered i ask for .i ordered i ask small ice cofee gives me a big one i ask bacon cheese egg got cheese and jelly and then charges me fo a big cup and a sanwich i never got me alot i couldnt go back i was far deiving already i ask fo last week a bagel gave me a donut
These people needs to pay attention and giving the correct orders they charged me alot to give me something i never ordered plus the guy is on the drive he needs to be more attentive putting gloves on when serving food and not touching money grabbing the ice cofee with the hands that he was using with miney and the phone.

Nobody in the kitchen is wearing hats or gloves. NO

An African American man was there today working in the drive thru and he definitely woke me up! Great energy! Great customer service! He definitely changed my perspective I had from my other visits at this location. Keep employees like him. The other workers seemed to be annoyed by his great energy, but I was happy to experience his energy this morning. In his words, HAPPY FRIDAYYYYYY!
