Terrible service , walk in and you are amongst people already complaining about their orders. I typically go to other Dunkin’s when I want an order that I’m confident that they’ll get right, but this location is closest to me. And every time I go here I’m reminded of why I should stay away. Ordering a coffee with just cream should be simple, yet comes back tasting like syrup for not 1 but 3 coffees.

On March 25, 2025 at 7:42 am, I went to Dunkin Donuts on 5901 Rising Sun Avenue, 19120. When I first went in I said to myself where did these workers come from? The line to be waited on was so long. People were complainting about their orders and about waiting too long. I order a Decaf coffee with two creams and no sugar and a plain toasted bagel with butter. My bagel was ready but they forgot the coffee. I had to ask for the coffee twice. When I got home I tasted my coffee and they put sugar in it. I told them no sugar. Suppose I was a diabetic? It would of been bad for me. I don't think I will buy anything else from this Dunkin Donut location.

I love this location my ice coffee is always made with love ❤️ and the staff are very welcoming. I don’t remember the lady name but I remember she remembered my name just from me using the kiosk machine and one day I went to the counter and she knew my name when my drunk was ready. That made smile and feel good inside.

Coffee used to be so good here but new staff is doesn’t know how to make drinks. Ordered and iced cappuccino twice and the first time they gave a straight up latte, this time they gave me a cup of milk no espresso. Don’t waste your time or money here.
