Girl on the cellphone. It is almost same situation in all dunkin donuts. I stop buying in suburban station in the main D Donuts due same delay intaking order and preparion the product.Waiting almost three minutrs, she did not even acknowledge. I take the train to work at airport and usually have 7 minutes . I stepped out because nobody even noticed i was waiting. Your Dunkin domut location need and upgrade in people selling your product. 6 dollars everyday x 20 days 180 dollars! I am a customer service employee for 25 years. A suggestion: Do not run that business ..it is not for you. Put a call center so your dunkin domuts employees can talk on phones !

There’s plenty of other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area, go to those instead! The wait times here our production list, even if you order ahead you’ll still wait 10 to 15 minutes for your order. Also if you order in store they will up charge you for everything so it’s cheaper to order through the app prior to getting there or you’ll pay a lot more!
I only waited an hour to eat my sandwich (working), and the croissant was hard 2 days in a row. And they forced an extra sausage patty even though I specifically requested to NOT do that on the app. And the coffee tastes sour, as if it's at least a day old and reheated.Needs new management.

Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian items but u have to actively look for them and I think they should have a section for things like vegetarian options but currently they don't
Parking: There is no parking, ALOT of public transportation from busses to regional rail and the el, but parking you'd have to find somewhere nearby to park and walk back to Dunkin
Kid-friendliness: Always makes my son feel special, with an extra donut or cup of ice water. Very friendly environment for kids and adults alike:)
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes you can get a wheelchair inside by both entrances and it's a straight line from order to pick up,so wheelchairs are accessible

They messed up order. I ordered Mocha Iced Signature latte but they gave me hot one instead of iced. There were Bengali people working during the evening. They were cursing the customers on their Bengali language. So, the customer won’t understand but I did. As I am Bengali myself they didn’t know. They have 0 respect for the customers.

It was National Donut Day and I didn't even know it, that is, until I placed my order. I'm so glad that the person helping me said, "And would you like a free donut?" At first, I was confused, but then I looked around and saw the posters and banners, balloons, all saying, "National Donut Day June 2nd". After laughing at myself for being so unobservant, I said, "Well, of course! I'd love a free donut!" So, long story short, I'm just grateful. The person who helped me made my day. It may seem like a small thing, but getting a free donut with my drink just made my day that much sweeter!
Wheelchair accessibility: I was with a person in a wheelchair and we were able to enter this Dunkin' without too much of a hassle. We entered the building from Market Street, through the Pennsylvania Convention Center doors which were automatic with the push of a button. The entrance into this Dunkin' was wide and I had no problems pushing the wheelchair through the establishment to a table.

Great location, they get it done as fast as humanly possible. But as for Dunkin corporate, their Refreshers are a pick pocket, you pay upwards of $5 for a medium cup of ice with a little drink, the equivalent of a small cup of actual drink. Stear clear, they have to get their ice straight, they put enough ice to last for a few hours on a summer day, no one needs that much ice. It's just a fraud.

Busy in the morning and dead in the afternoon for service.
