lol this has got to be the most efficient dunkin’ donuts in the history of dunkin’ donuts?? in the morning they’re always so quick it actually confuses me. great customer service and most morning they have a team member taking orders on an ipad outside and it seems to speed up the process tremendously.

I had a really great experience coming in recently. My order was made just the way I like it, and even when the store was out of something I wanted, the customer service was excellent. I always get great service here, but especially when Myra (I think that’s her name!) is working. She consistently makes my drinks perfectly and is always so friendly when I see her. Honestly, I try to come in when I know she’s there because I can always count on getting exactly what I want. The whole team brings such good energy to this store, and as someone who comes in pretty often, I really appreciate that.

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my vehicle to these guys for new struts and a motor belt. Now I must say finding parts for my car and people that know how to actually work on cars like mine has been a challenge.
I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise displayed by the staff . From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt like a valued customer.

Dunkin' Donuts service has become worst than ever. Particularly at this one. The employees are often rude and unprofessional. Cursing loudly amongst each other in the store. You NEVER get what you order and in most cases I usually have time to check. Today I was in a bit of a hurry, so I preordered and went on my way. Not only did I not get what I ordered but it should’ve been a red flag how the person sneakily put the order on the counter out of my reach. NEVER told me they didn’t have what I ordered or gave me the option to choose my own replacements or get a refund. I am allergic to chocolate and generally wouldn’t order any of these donuts. On top of that they all are stale and look like someone pinched or played with them all. Every time I go to Dunkin' especially this one; I’m reminded why I no longer like or frequent Dunkin'. I used to be a daily customer I’m now down to maybe 1-3 times a year, if that; and each time I regret it.
