The bagel I received this morning was not fresh at all — it was hard, stale, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. For what I’m paying, I expect a bagel that’s not from yesterday . This was honestly unacceptable, and I hope the location takes better care with the quality of their food- but I doubt it considering this isn't the first time this place is being reviewed because of a stale bagel.

Service was horrible first time here and I ask and the lady working today 09/20/25 at 4:38 am she was already annoyed whit her Danm self I ask for my order and she was omgggg ughhhh I was like is to early to feel mad or if u don’t wanna work don’t work because at this point whit need to wake up and make the money to survive but she definitely was rude no need for all the bad early morning energy!!!

I'm a frequent customer here. I've never had any issues with the food or coffee I order. Ever. I'd give it 5 stars but I really dislike how the manager speaks to the employees. She's deameaning and RUDELY corrects them in front of customers for everyone to hear. I understand ppl have bad days but this is an on going thing. Every time I'm here and she's on shift all I hear is her yelling at the employees. Do better. Hire a new manager and maybe the employees will feel encouraged to do better.
Pissed! Just left there and they have me a yesterday's bagel! Wasted my money because I definitely dont feel like driving back. More importantly, im still hungry.

I take the 56 bus from SEPTA and this Dunkin is right where everyone waits for the bus to come. It's summer and I have a 2 hour commute so one day I was thirsty so I decided to get a Carmel macchiato with whipped cream. It was the worst one I have ever had; not enough Carmel was added and they put some on the whipped cream and forgot I asked for sugar. It was so bad I just threw it away and it was almost $10. Lots of kids hanging around inside making a noisy and unsafe.
