I am always coming here as a customer and every time I ask for restroom, they refuse. I asked for manager , the way she approach , she does not look like a human being feeling my condition. I check staff restroom, people are using it and staff normally using it . Really so strange

It is not reasonable that I am a regular customer in the place and in urgent need to use the bathroom and every time I ask to use the bathroom the response of the workers and the manager is that the bathroom is out of service at a time when all the workers are using it, but for the customers the response is that it is out of service. This is extremely bad.

This use to be my go to Dunkin, but now they always mess up the order. I guess it’s the language barrier. The manager Linda is rude and angry when she has to come to the drive thru to fix orders the girls messed up because the barely speak English.

Manager, whose name I learned is L I N D A is absolutely terrible and I feel sorry for the employees who have to put up with her. Even when taking my order in the store she seemed like she was doing me a favor.

manager linda has a terrible attitude, the people who take my order don’t speak good english and make my orders wrong all the time. manager spreads her bad attitude to the costumers. some one needs to contact Human Resources for this dunkin.

My order gets messed up most of the time. I paid for a large caramel latte today and received a regular coffee. That is deceptive. I go to this location out of convenience but they need to step it up!
