Went there this morning not sure if the person taking orders was having a bad but today I tried ordering a refresher and simply asked if the refresher could be lemonade and the women taking the order took a deep breath and started yelling over me saying yes it already comes with that I just canceled my order and left in disgust to purchase at another location where they happily served me go to this location consistently for almost a year I will not be returning due to staffs attitude also constant rushing when your trying to say your order

Hi came to This Dunkin’ with my mom and sister. We were already having a rough morning so we wanted to come to Dunkin’. As I pulled up I ordered the - $5 meal which came with two warps and a coffee -a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich - a coffee with cold foam on top - a refresher And a avocado toast All together it was about $22 Though out taking my order the old lady at the window kept saying she couldn’t hear us which is crazy because I felt like I was screaming. They tell me to come to the window and this kid tells me my order again - $5 meal which came with two warps and a coffee -a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich - a coffee with cold foam on top -a refresher And a avocado toast I said yes did you add the coffee with cold foam on top he said yes when I get my food it came all wrong. There was supposed to be a coffee with the $5 he add my other coffee with cold foam with the $5 and that’s not what I asked for. He said I told him everything was right at the window and I told him yes but I was missing a coffee mind you my mom was already late for work. So I go inside to talk to someone I talk to one nice lady and then this rude old lady comes and gets in the middle of my conversation with the other lady, they would have me the coffee with the $5 and they told me do bring my coffee back well if you heard what I said at the window I wouldn’t have to come inside and have a whole seen. Over all it was probably the worst Dunkin’ i been too the old lady was rude and was arguing with me about coffee everyone just kept looking at me like I was crazy. I never want to go to this Dunkin again

For my work I sometimes I have to put in very large box of joe coffee and hot chocolate orders along with large orders for dozens of donuts. This location is my favorite to frequent as they are always so helpful if I call a day ahead and go through the order. They had a total of ten box of joes and 12 dozen donuts all ready for me the following day at the time I requested. They even went above and beyond and loaded up everything in my car, which was so appreciated! The location is super clean and everyone is so friendly and happy to help whether my order is small or very large for work. HIGHLY recommend!!!
I have been to a lot of the Dunkin’S in the lower bucks county area and this one is by far the best!!! The employees at night at amazing.. even thou they get extremely busy with the drive thru they always make sure the customers inside are greeted and waited on in a timely matter… the lobby and bathroom is always clean as well as the working areas from what I can see from counter.. they are never just standing around either , which I absolutely love that about people!!! The drinks are always on point as well as the food is hot and donuts are always fresh…
Now I am not saying I haven’t had a couple bad experiences but it was only one employee and as soon as it was brought to the attention of manger it was addressed and handled!!!

Stopped in tonight with my bf and the evening staff is super friendly and awesome!! It’s our favorite dunkin’ in the area, they just do it right every time. Highly recommend coming to this location!!! ( the snackin bacon is amazing )
