Shame on the owner or store manager , Dec 23 2025 at 7 pm we pull up to the drive through , nothing , pull up to the window , everything put away , closed on the eve of the 24 the of Dec , they had to start closing an hour or hour in a half before closing …. This location appears very lazy and wants to be open. Part time , lazy manager or and owner ; hours should be like other Dunkin’ Donuts. All I wanted was a hot chocolate. Happy Holidays !!! Went there this morning not sure if the person taking orders was having a bad but today I tried ordering a refresher and simply asked if the refresher could be lemonade and the women taking the order took a deep breath and started yelling over me saying yes it already comes with that I just canceled my order and left in disgust to purchase at another location where they happily served me go to this location consistently for almost a year I will not be returning due to staffs attitude also constant rushing when your trying to say your order

Hi came to This Dunkin’ with my mom and sister. We were already having a rough morning so we wanted to come to Dunkin’. As I pulled up I ordered the - $5 meal which came with two warps and a coffee -a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich - a coffee with cold foam on top - a refresher And a avocado toast All together it was about $22 Though out taking my order the old lady at the window kept saying she couldn’t hear us which is crazy because I felt like I was screaming. They tell me to come to the window and this kid tells me my order again - $5 meal which came with two warps and a coffee -a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich - a coffee with cold foam on top -a refresher And a avocado toast I said yes did you add the coffee with cold foam on top he said yes when I get my food it came all wrong. There was supposed to be a coffee with the $5 he add my other coffee with cold foam with the $5 and that’s not what I asked for. He said I told him everything was right at the window and I told him yes but I was missing a coffee mind you my mom was already late for work. So I go inside to talk to someone I talk to one nice lady and then this rude old lady comes and gets in the middle of my conversation with the other lady, they would have me the coffee with the $5 and they told me do bring my coffee back well if you heard what I said at the window I wouldn’t have to come inside and have a whole seen. Over all it was probably the worst Dunkin’ i been too the old lady was rude and was arguing with me about coffee everyone just kept looking at me like I was crazy. I never want to go to this Dunkin again
